Ira, Stayed June 2012 We greatly enjoyed your clean 1 bedroom unit with great in home amenities like: 2 fans, packnplay pen for the little one, and all the other items that allowed us to enjoy your unit. We have stayed in several units at the Springs and by far your unit is one of the best with 2 flat screens and easy access to the stairs leading down to parking garage. Thanks again for a great stay and we would not hesitate to recommend or stay in your beautiful home again. Excellent family trip! The location is #1 for families staying in Keystone. Closest walk to Gondola and kids ski school in River Run. Ski lockers that are a big plus as well. Kids loved the pool with waterslide and the adults loved the hot tubs, fire pit and BBQ grill. The lobby area of the Springs provides a safe environment for the kids wiht the media room, kids area and pool table. This is our 2nd year with staying at the Springs and kids can't wait to go back again next year. the 1st floor location is very convenient and a stairwell adjacent to the suite provides easy access to the garage below (or the elevator is down the hall). The full kitchen and outdoor grill saved us ample $ for staying in most of our nights and cooking (while the kids swam). Of course we made it out to the village 2 nights which is right out the back door of the Springs. We had a cleaning issue upon our arrival and the Landlord went over and beyond to correct the issure and make our stay even more accomodating. The king size bed was a big plus and kids loved the pullout sofa bed which was extremely comfortable. 5 stars out of 5 stars on this overall location and this unit and Landlord in particular.Did you find this review helpful? We have stayed here 2 times....so far. We highly recommend this unit. We have 2 younger boys and there is plenty of room for the 4 of us. The condo is very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We love the ground floor and the fact that the condo is not on the pool side of the building....no noise. Very easy to book and the owners are great! I can not think of anything negative about this condo! Thanks again Bruce!! See you again next summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Great comfortable condo which is very well equipped. We would recommend this unit to friends. As international guests we appreciated the ease we had in booking this unit. Only one downside which has nothing to do with the owners, the housekeeping staff were very frugal with their supplies, too few towels and no dish cloths, dish towels etc. But this wouldn't stop us from coming back...thanks very much Bruce, great unit!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
