908 Sandycreek Terrace is a ground level 2 bedroom 2 bath condo of approx. 1400 sq ft with an enclosed Lani and a master bath located across a large pond with a view of the 9th green and Club House. The floors are ceramic tile except for the bedrooms. There is a one car attached garage. The view of the exotic birds and 9th green from the Lanie is worth the money.
Also CONVENIENCE is important!! WALK, if your up to it, to the new coconut regional mall, MINUTES to the airport and numerous other amenities. Our neighborhood pool is a 2 minute walk from the condo. It's the MOST convenient location in SW Florida.

Why the Owner Chose The Brooks, Spring Run
As stated above we have alot of friends that winter in SW Florida but if we didn't after seeing the way things have developed and the convenience to Malls,Airport and Beach it would have been a terrible mistake not to invest. I've been in the realestate business for 50 years and the old addage LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION is still the buy word.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Number one is the weather, the new Coconut Mall within walking distance (maybe a healthy walk) is a great assesset, the golf course is user friendly and that's very important, the Gulf is within 20 minutes away (depending on traffic), Gulf Shores new Mall a few minutes away near the airport is fabulous and there are so many places to visit and things to do that one cannot go away saying they didn't have a great vacation.

My wife and I are avid golfers. We belong to Oak Hill CC in Rochester, New York and have a lot of friends wintering in SW Florida. While visiting our friends at a St.Patricks Day party in 1998 we had such a good time that, after looking around the country at different locations for an investment,The Brooks with all its ammenities was to place to build and we did. We've totally enjoyed the Spring Run community and are glad to share it with you.
