This duplex is located in Frisco, Colorado. 4 Blocks from Main Street. It is located in a very quiet residential part of town in the MountainSide Complex.
It is a 2 Bedroom, 2 and one half bath with a one car garage. Across the street, you have access to a beautiful clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, steam, racquetball and outdoors has 3 hot tubs and a tennis court.
Sleeping arrangements: Both bedrooms are upstairs with private full baths in each room. The Master has a King size bed and TV with remote and walk in closet. The sink is a double sink.
The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is also on the first floor 2 queen sleeper sofas and a day bed. The unit sleeps 10.
Floor Plan: The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and each bedroom has 2 balconies overlooking the family room and sun rooms. There is a large family room with sectional sofa, TV, VCR,DVD, Stereo and wood burning stove. Windows surround the house with views of the mountains to the South and West.
There is a small stream in the backyard off the patio. Full Kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. All the dishes, pots, pans, utensils are provided.
There is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools and a large dining room table with 6 chairs. There is a half bath and washer/dryer on the floor as well. There is a "mud" room when you come in from the garage to hang jackets and dry out boots, etc.
