Our Las Brisas condo has three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. Beautiful ocean views can be seen from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. A wide ocean front balcony extends the length of the living room and master bedroom with wide doors opening out from both rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath. There are two queen beds in the second bedroom with a full bath. The third bedroom features one queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. A laundry room with in unit washer and dryer is included. Recently we purchased a 42 inch flatscreen TV for the living room. Also, for your convenience, there is a DVD player and stereo.
Las Brisas condominium is a 40 unit 5 story building. This location is conveniently located 35 minutes from the Tampa Airport and 25 minutes from St.Pete/Clearwater Airport. Other attractions include: Busch Gardens-30 minutes away, and Disney World, Epcot Center, and Universal Studios-approximately 90 minutes away.
John's Pass is a short walk down the beach. This is a popular destination for tourists. There are numerous shops and restaurants
on the famous boardwalk. Other activities available there include: fishing and casino tours, parasailing, and boat and wave runner rentals. Nearby activities include miniature golf, biking, golf, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, shelling, sightseeing, and snorkling.

Why the Owner Chose Las Brisas
We chose this area to buy a condo because of the proximity to airports and attractions. There are many unique restaurants and shops within a short distance. Orlando is an 1 1/2 hour drive if you desire to visit the theme parks. Two airports are also within 35 minutes of this location.

My wife and I live in Indiana. We have two children. She is a first grade teacher and I own an Ace Hardware. At our Ace, we pride ourselves in customer service. This is also the way we approach our leasing and maintenance of our condo. It is our desire that you enjoy your stay at our unit the same as we do.

Our extended family stayed at this condo the week after Thanksgiving. We found the condo to be clean and the beds are great. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins jump. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. We had some extra questions due to small children and he was very accomodating. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

I have rented from several VRBO in the Maderia Beach area and this condo is by far the best ever! Decorated very nice, comfortable furnishing and bedding. The condo was very clean and a perfect location right on the beach. Could not have asked for more. Owner very plesant to deal with. Will definately rent this one again.

Would highly recommend this condo! There were 7 of us and more than enough room to accomodate us. It was everything the owner claimed, the pictures displayed in the listing are exactly what the condo looks like. The washer/dryer were huge bonus considering the amount of time we spent at the beach and in the pool. There's sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Even more now since we left the beach things and cooler bag we'd taken with us. :) There's also a selection of books/magazines for those who enjoy to read. Everything in the condo was in great working condition. The only complaints were that there is only 1 parking space, but the owner does provide a parking permit close by for an extra car. Also, the tiled floors weren't spic and span, but since everything else was so much to our liking, we didn't mind running a mop over the floors. Wouldn't hesitate in booking this condo again on our next vacation. The owner is great to deal with and is very quick in responding to any questions or concerns. Thanks so much, Doug!! :)

Spacious condo for 5 adults & one child. It was great having the washer/dryer right in the condo. Floors & bathrooms could have been cleaner when we arrived. Dishwasher didn't work well. All rooms but one have flatscreen TV. Heated pool was great for swimming. Condo had sand toys, beach chairs & umbrella. Parking was an issue. Only one parking space per unit, we had two cars. Great beach view. Not much to do in the area for kids. Lots of good restaurants around the condo. A good vacation for the price.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

Loved the condo!!!! The location was great!! We had plenty of room which is saying a lot with three 17 year old boys on their senior spring break trip. Each boy had his own queen sized bed and there was a king bed in the master bedroom. All very comfortable!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The full-size washer and dryer were a great extra! Owner has sand chairs which we used by the gulf and an umbrella and sand and water toys. Great restaurant across the street we went to every day for breakfasts that were good and cheap - Screwie Louie's. If you go at lunch, try the screwie louie shrimp! To die for!!! The only things we wished we could change is that the pool runs along the side of the building and I would prefer it out front facing the gulf!! Would definately recommend to anyone and would absolutely go back! Thanks so much for a great time!!!

We loved the condo! We traveled with another family and shared the condo. The only negitive is there is only 1 parking space on site for the unit. We had to drive back and forth to pick up the 2nd car to travel anywhere we couldn't walk. The owner purchased our extra public parking permit which was great. The view is beautiful! One unit by us was very noisy, but it was springbreak. Very family oriented area with shopping and plenty of restuarants near by. Would stay there again.
