This condo is professionally decorated, and boasts all of the top quality amenities that set the Platinum Properties apart from some of the other properties. Our condo is located on the 15th floor so you will enjoy a nice peaceful sleep without all the noise going on around you. This condo sleeps six comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds in hall area, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area with a love seat and recliner, 2 full baths, full kitchen, balcony with table and chairs for watching the sun rise and set, ceramic tile foyer, cultured marble vanity tops, washer/dryer, and is beautifully furnished. Located on secluded Thomas Drive, you will enjoy a less crowded beach.
The grounds are lovely, and Seychelles is right next door to a fantastic Panama City Beach landmark called "Schooner's, the last original local beachfront bar/restaurant" You can walk over for lunch or dinner, or to get a nice frozen cocktail while you are on the beach, or by the pool. If you are on the beach there is staff that will take orders for Schooners and bring to your chair so you don't even have to get up. Also, you will be less than a mile to St Andrews State Park, an excellent park with a natural kiddy pool for the children, a fishing pier and hourly shuttles to Shell Island where you can watch the dolphins playing in the Gulf (usually around 3-5pm they are visible)
Fishing? You betcha! If you have never gone deep sea fishing this is the place to be. You can charter a private boat and catch lots of Red Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack,etc, and if you find the private craft too pricey, you can always take the captain Anderson Party boat, get a great rate for 6, 10, or 12 hrs and still have a great time and catch BIG fish.
Shopping? Definately! With Pier Park only 10 minutes away you will have tons of stores to choose from plus lots a great resturants as well.
Golf? Wow! Panama City Beach boasts to have the best Golf courses in the Panhandle.
For the children, there's unlimited activities from Miniature Golf, Go-cart rides, Zoo World, Gulfworld, Ripleys Believe it or Not, Para-sailing,jet ski rental, banana boat rides, Shipwreck Water park and much more....don't forget all the excellent Dollar stores on Front Beach Road, best place ever to buy souveniers.

Great location in quiet part of Panama City Beach with all the fun within 10 minutes. Schooners located right next door for easy food access while at the beach. Our family loves being able to go to the beach, rent an umbrella and chairs for the week and having food and drinks brought to us. We also love the activities on the beach.

My family and I truly enjoyed the weeklong stay at this property. There was plenty of space for our family at this unit. We have 2 younger boys who loved being able to sleep in the bunkbeds and we enjoyed having our own seperate sleeping space. When the boys went to sleep we could still enjoy the evening on the deck with our wonderful view of the gulf. Everything that was discussed with Laura was accurate. She always followed through with what we discussed over email and the phone, very responsive throughout our dealings. I would recommend this property to any of my friends or family looking for a nice getaway. We loved being so close to Schooners - ate at the restaraunt one night, carried food out a couple other times, and had some good times listening to live music. Our family can not wait to travel back to this location and hopefully stay at this condo. The only negative about our trip was my dad who was staying in a different room had his car towed one evening. As Laura mentioned to us several times you must always have your parking pass put in the window of your car. I know my wife and I were very satisfied with the price of the stay compared to what we felt like we got back from the trip.

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation stay at your condo. The ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking! It's was nice to have two pools as well as the gorgeous well groomed white sand beach accessible from the elevator opening to the ground floor. The location is great for a more relaxed getaway, and schooners next door is one of our favorite places to eat! Laura was a pleasure doing business with over the phone. Definitely a must stay!

This property is excellent , this unit is on the 15th floor which is nice , no pool noise . The condo was clean and everything you see in the pictures . Elevators were very fast and the property staff worked hard to keep it clean . We visited Saint Andrews State Park and went deep sea fishing , all were close by . It's perfect size for a family of four but will sleep six . We loved it and will go back and enjoy those amazing sunset's .

We had a great time and can't wait to come back. The room/place was exactly as described and the rates were un-beatable! The location was just prefect. Not too far from everything and not right in the middle of the conjestion. We have never rented from owners that were so friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this unit in April, 2009 and can't say enough good things about it! The unit was very clean and comfortable! The owners are very easy to deal with and when you e-mail with questions, they are very prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone!
