My wife, son and I loved our stay at this beautiful home in Naples. The location was excellent, in one of the best areas of Naples (verified by our Realtor), a half a mile to the private beach, very central and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc.) It's on a quiet street overlooking a lake/ waterway that was idyllic. The house is the 2nd property on Home Away owned by a very attentive German couple. They hired a professional decorator to remodel it just before we arrived and we were very impressed. The house is fully equipped with just about everything you could want, from modern, top brand appliances (e.g., espresso maker, brand new LG front loading washer/ dryer, two flat screen TVs with the boxes still in the garage), beach towels and chairs, security system, etc. The only minor thing missing was a desk (as it was a working trip) and the owner said they would add one later this year. The very helpful property manager met as at the apartment and spent 30 minutes giving us a detailed overview of everything (to supplement the very clear written instructions.) He was very responsive to a few minor issues/ questions that came up during our stay. Our full deposit was returned promptly. Wir haben in der Villa "Park Shore - Lakes" im November 2012 einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Bei unserer nächtlichen Ankunft war alles für uns vorbereitet und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Auch haben wir alles so angetroffen, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von den Vermieter wurden wir sehr gut betreut und wir haben alle notwendigen Information am ersten Tag nach unserer Anreise erhalten. Erwähnenswert ist auch die einmalige Lage des Hauses in Naples. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die wunderschöne Beach. Ein Privatparkplatz steht dort zur Verfügung. Optimal ist auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im nahegelegenen Publix, welchen man in wenigen Minuten auch zu Fuss erreichen kann. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und wir können die Villa "Park Shore-Lakes " nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wollten uns auf diesem Weg von Ihnen verabschieden und Ihnen noch mitteilen, daß wir uns in Ihrem schönen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders der schöne Blick über den See sowie die Nähe zu den Waterside Shops mit den tollen Geschäften und guten Restaurants sind ein großer Vorteil dieser Location. Super schöne Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See. Das Meer in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, oder mit dem Auto in nur einer Minute mit privatem Parkplatz.
