This is a totally renovated cabin was originally built in the 1920's. It has all the latest conveniences with Pergo like floors throughout. It sits on a 1/2 acre property with a seasonal creek and climbing rock.
It is called the Duck House and it has a wood burning fireplace in the winter and fans for the summer months. Has a private gravel/sand driveway and flower beds run by a sprinkler system. The Duck House sits on a 1/1/2 acre compound with the owner's house and garages on the property. There is plenty of room for children and adults to play.
The house location is peaceful and quiet, security cameras for easy walking, we have very friendly animals and some that you avoid at night. The deck is private and hammouck will be provided.
