We absolutely loved our week in Nashville and the condo was perfect for my wife and I. We walked everyday and only used the bus once. If you're here you must be a country fan and to experience the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman, Grand Ole Opry, and the honky tonk bars like Tootsie's and The Stage was great. The Green/Blue buses run throughout the downtown area every 15 minutes after 11am and is only a short walk from the condo if you choose walking is not for you. There are plenty of restaurants near the condo so if you choose to stay nearby. There is a shoe store that my wife found within a 5 minute walk ...thank god we had room in our luggage! The spacious kitchen enabled us to go shopping the day we arrived but be very careful with the market you choose. Gloria had recommended a Krogers on Monroe St. and the cab took us to another loaction but we didn't know we were not at Monroe so getting a cab back was impossible (1.5 hours of waiting) and we missed the Opry show the first night in town. We also recommend not taking a taxi to the Opry but the bus. If you take the Blue line to the main terminal and catch the #34 bus it only costs $1.70 for the trip...compared to $25 by cab. Back to the condo, there is plenty of literature available from Gloria and Frank to plan your days. We recommend not to over pack, the washer/dryer is very convenient and this place is just as comfortable as your own home. It is well decorated and has everything you will need to make your stay a pleasure. The pictures on VRBO and the listing don't do this condo justice, it was clean and very well maintained and Gloria answered all questions ahead of time and i even communicated with her while I was there. I would deffinately stay here again and plan to tell all my friends about our experince using VRBO. Middletown, N.Y.

WOW!!!! This condo retreat in downtown Nashville exceeded our expectations. It was the "cherry on top of the ice cream sundae"! The unit was beautifully appointed, a to-die-for view of the city, exceptionally quiet, a short stroll to several restaurants, and only a 1-1/2 block walk to free bus transportation that allowed us to see and enjoy the sites and sounds of Nashville. The only day during our one-week stay that we took our car out was to visit the Farmers Market --- and we could have even done that with the free bus but knew we would buy lots of goodies to bring home. At the Farmers Market we went to a Jamaican restaurant (a new foodie experience for us) and wished we could have gone again during our stay. All in all, it was a perfect rental and the owners were great to deal with --- emails were responded to very promptly and questions answered to help our trip planning. From my first email to the owners to us locking the condo door as we left on our final day, we had chosen the perfect spot for our retreat in Nashville.

Your condo was fantastic. We loved the view of downtown Nashville. The location was great for downtown and it was very easy to find all of the tourist spots that we were looking for. The condo was very well equiped. Home away from home but with a view. We cannot wait to come back. The owner was very helpful and informative. Thankyou for sharing your beautiful condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was great - right in the hip and trendy area of Nashville. It was within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants, and right down the street from the Noshville Cafe where we went to get breakfast everyday. There is also a really great cupcake shop called Gigi's right down the road. It is just a quick cab drive to all the honky-tonks and a longer walk from Vanderbilt University and Hillsboro Village. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious and modern. It has a great view of the city and a really nice pool area. We hope to get back for another stay sometime in the future. Never again will we think about a hotel!

My husband and I rented this condo for our honeymoon in April 2011. The owner was wonderful to work with. The condo itself is very nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings are beautiful and the private balconies were great. The Rhythm was very quiet (we only saw a few other people there during the week). Great experience!

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo. It's very conveniently located - can walk downtown or take a very cheap cab ride. There is a strip of restaurants right in the same block, too. The condo was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped and ready to cook a meal. The owner was very helpful. I'd definitely go back or recommend without hesitation.

Our stay in this great condo exceeded our expectations. From the location in town to get around, the close location of great restaurants, a well equipped kitchen, nice linens and comfortable decor, to a great view. We will definitely stay here again. Also check out Otters down the street – I loved their Otter sauce.

Great place to stay to get a feel for what it would be like to live downtown. The view is fantastic. We stayed for a month and loved every sunrise. The city lights at night are awesome. Sitting on the couch I watched fireworks from the Sounds stadium several nights. Location to enjoy downtown is great, Short (my opinion) urban hike to everywhere, People in the building are very friendly, The condo is furnished first rate. (owner has everything you need) We have been thinking about buying a condo and this was a great trial run.

If you want to have a great time in Nashville you need a great place to stay. You just found it. Clean and comfortable with a great city scape and location. My wife and kids (ages 10 and 12) and I really enjoyed our time in Nashville. We enjoyed a concert at the Grand Ole Opry, great music at The Bluebird Cafe, The Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, The Hermitage, The Parthenon, Titan Stadium and more. With all there was to see and do we also enjoyed our time at the Rhythm. The condo allowed us to relax, enjoy the views and sleep well. Of course, this made our trip more enjoyable. The condo was so nice I saved Gloria and Frank's two Florida VRBO properties to file. Enjoy this condo and Nashville.

A great place to stay. Close enough to downtown Nashville to walk to restaurants and attractions and far enough away that it offers a fantastic view of the city from small hill overlooking the city. The owner is extremely helpful as well. We rented for a month and enjoyed every minute.
