This exclusive oceanfront estate is for the discriminating renter looking for a very high-end rental experience. This is the largest Oceanfront property available on the Baja coast. Our home is the northernmost Oceanfront house in this gated community and leads directly onto the beach which is secluded and completely private. The house has just been built and everything is brand new and of the highest quality. We have two enormous master suites, one of which is the entire second floor and four lovely casitas off the courtyard.
Watch the exquisite Baja sunsets from one of our decks, from our lawn or when it's cool from inside the house with a fire blazing. In the morning drink your coffee on the sunlight filled roof top and watch the Dolphins play in the waves. We are DIRECTLY on the ocean, with no one to the north of us. You can walk through our seawall gate onto the beach and into the waves. You can take out our board and go surfing or take quads up into the Sand Dunes next to our home. Paddle out in our kayak to the kelp beds and catch fish that you can grill outside on the BBQ or in our lovely kitchen for dinner.
If you prefer to relax, then you can sit on the Master bedroom balcony or front patio and read as you watch the pelicans dive for their dinner and the dolphins romp with the surfers. You can walk across our indoor bridge to the roof deck and sit and enjoy an exquisite sunset, after which you can let the ocean send you dreams as you fall asleep to the sound of the surf.
This estate is extremely high end and can easily accommodate parties of 12+ people. There are plenty of cheaper properties available in Northern Baja but there aren't any better ones and if you want a very exclusive property and the vacation of your dreams in an "Architectural Digest" home, then this is the house for you.
The granite kitchen features state of the art appliances and is a chef's dream. There is a huge dining room and a wonderful bookcase lined family room with satellite HD TV.
We have Wireless Internet throughout the house. The courtyard has a built in gas and charcoal BBQ and there is a HUGE private side yard for sunbathing. The side and front lawns are lovely for sitting on or tossing a ball around. The fire pit in front of the ocean means you can roast marshmallows and watch the waves in the evening. This is truly a one of a kind rental.
There are many activities available. Our neighbor and property manager will take you on a horseback ride through the canyons and hills of Baja or you can walk up the beach to the Sand Dunes, and drive 5 minutes to La Fonda for their world famous Sunday Brunch or to Puerto Nuevo for a lobster dinner. We are central to Rosarito, Ensenada and Fox Studios and surrounded by wonderful restaurants.
We are a short drive from the Guadalupe valley where you can spend the day wine tasting or go on tours of some of our lovely vineyards. As you enjoy the valley you can eat lunch in the small French style private restaurants and sip the latest vintage.

THANK YOU so much for giving us the opportunity to rent this house. We spent time there in November and enjoyed it so much we're going back this weekend. The house is indescribable, the amenities are excellent, and we had a fantastic time. It's like getting away to an exotic villa, but only a 60 minute drive from home. Our experience renting from you couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have an extraordinary weekend in a safe environment. Oh--and the photos do NOT do the house justice. It's much better in real life--if you can believe that!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent in your home for the new year. Everyone was AMAZED at the detail and design of the home and we felt special for the opportunity to start off the year there. About the owner: Mom mom and niece on the ocean front wall. This is a dream place to take your family and for family reunions. You need have no worries about where the children are, our beach is private and the children go out in the morning and boogie board, swim, sunbath and fish all day and you see them for meals. My husband takes out the kayak and brings us fish for dinner. My other daughter drives up to the ranch (5 minutes away) and rides horses through the hills and dunes all days. You cannot ask for a better place to take your family. .......Liz

You can go to this property and just enjoy a week or two of completely relaxation and not have to worry about doing anything. We have a maid that will come in daily if you wish. We have someone that will cook your meals for you and we have wonderful restaurants nearby. You can go our to the kelp beds and catch your own dinner and spend the day sunbathing or swimming with the dolphins. It is an amazing place to take your family.
