We rented the house for a week around Christmas time and had a wonderful time there. The house is super clean and has a perfect layout. We made great use of the outdoor heated saltwater pool, spa, BBQ and fire pit. We were traveling with a toddler and it worked out great. The house is well-located and we walked into town a couple of the days and to the nearby spa at The Riviera. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property in Vista Las Palmas

Have just returned from a great 10 day stay at this property. The house was located in an excellent position in Las Palmas (not everything is created equal in the neighbourhood) and was equipped with all that we required. It made for a very comfortable holiday, with great views of the mountains. Waking up to the views from the master bedroom made for an exciting start to each day. The early morning light produces a glow which is beautiful. The heated pool and spa were delightful and meant that each day started with some much needed exercise but at least in some comfort. If anything we felt that the photos do not do justice to the outside area. I have rented several properties in Palm Springs but this is my favourite.

The house couldn't be more beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The views of the mountains were amazing. Have rented a house in PS for at about two to three times a year for the past few years. This was by far our favorite. The added bonus: The owners couldn't be more lovely to deal with. Made us feel very welcome.

The property owners made the process very easy. quick response and everything was exactly as they said it would be. our family had an incredible time and spent more time in the pool than anywhere else. there are lots of places and spaces in the house to catch a nap and a little peace of mind while still being close and within ear shot of the kids. we'll definitely be back!

we had an amazing time at this house! it has the most gorgeous views, an amazing fire pit, and ample room for 8 people. out of the many houses i've rented in palm springs, this was by far my favorite. and the owner margaret could not have been more helpful. i am recommending this place to all my friends, for sure.

Great Palm Springs Home

Hesistant to write such a glowing review, because I don't want to tip people off to how great this place is. We stayed here for NYE 2010 and had a great time. Perfect layout for entertaining. Pool and spa are fantastic, as is the view. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

The perfect holiday home

What a wonderful holiday home - we had a fabulous week there at the end of October/beginning of November in ideal weather. The house sits in an impressive neighbourhood (it must be good, I saw the 'star tours' bus a couple of streets away) and looks lovely from the outside - nicely kept, tidy and pretty. Inside it's cool and modern, very clean with nice decor and comfortable furniture - all you need is provided, including big screen TVs in every room (the wide range of cable channels meant we even managed to tune in to the English Premier League to keep the kids happy!). The pool is wonderful with a very hot hot tub. We'd never stayed anywhere with a salt water pool before, but it was perfect - better than chemicals. It's a great size, too - you can actually swim in it. Then there's the view of the mountains - they're truly spectacular, changing from red to yellow to brown to green through the day. A wonderful backdrop. Apart from the noise from the next door property being remodelled (at least it'll be finished if you rent the house!) it's quiet and close to the centre of Palm Springs - if you fancy a 15 minute walk, you can be on the main street. It's less than 2 hours to LA, too. On top of all that, the owner is very accommodating and friendly. Overall we would highly recommend this property. It was ideal for our party of seven (four adults and three children) and we won't bother looking anywhere else when we next go to Southern California.

We arrived to find the home in perfect condition- with an outdoor space to die for... we relaxed at night by the firepit and enjoyed the perfect night sky. The pool was fantastic and we had many good times lounging in the back. Thank you so much- I am planning on telling my friends and will book again!

My girlfriends from college decided we need a break from the hustle and bustle of LA- and this place fit the bill! The house is spectacular- you can tell the owner remodeled it out of love of the home- the backyard was where we spent the majority of our time- and the outdoor firepit was fantastic. We are already booking for next year!

Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a fun weekend with friends, look no further! This is *the* perfect Palm Springs rental. Modern decor/design, fun outdoor amenities and well-located (not far from airport or design district/downtown, etc.). We *can't* wait to go back again and again.

The home was as good as advertised and the neighborhood was beautiful! I can't get over how great the views are - really enjoyed sitting in the kitchen gazing up at that Mountain! The house felt brand new and well cared for- will definitely recommend.

This place is AWESOME! After spending the day in the Saltwater Pool and Spa I swear I will never subject my skin to Chlorine again! So cool and those views are to die for... save us time next year- we are definitely coming back!
