MAINSAIL Condo is a beautifully appointed, two bedroom, two bath, Non-Smoking unit on the eighth floor (top floor) of MAINSAIL CONDOMINIUMS building #2 which is directly on the Beach! The unit has cathedral ceiling with skylights. Renters will experience a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living and dining room walls are mirrored to capture the reflection of the water.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom including a large jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has twin beds, a TV, a DVD/VCR combo, and a full bathroom. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 swimming pools - just bring your own beach towels!! Our rates include cleaning.

We stayed at this property on Labor Day weekend, 2011. Booking was very easy, and the owners answered our questions immediately. The price was very affordable compared to similar properties in the area. Unfortunately, T.S. Lee hit while we were there so we couldn't enjoy the beach. The location is very convenient for rainy day activities, as the mall and other things are practically within walking distance. The unit itself was just as it was described. Only complaint we had was extremely LOW water pressure the whole time we were there. Maintenance said the lines were being worked on, but it was very inconvenient on a holiday weekend when we were stuck inside. Also, the cleaning crew seemed to only clean areas visible to the eye. Under the master bed and on the floor all around was trash and hair, etc. There was also a water leak during the storm in the corner where the sliding glass door and floor to ceiling window met. It came in and that corner of the floor stayed wet, including the floor mats there. Overall, it wasn't terrible but some things could definitely use improvement. I'd stay here again and recommend to a friend if these things were addressed.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
