Our villa is situated on a gated community with private screened pool, 13'x30'(heating available). 10 mins from a safe sandy beach, quality restaurants, bars and shops/supermarket. Fully air-conditioned, double garage. Tastefully decorated throughout, lounge has cable TV, DVD, music center and telephone. Huge patio doors leading to fully screened pool with large paved surround. Luxury patio sun beds, table and chairs with overhead fan.
Fully equipped kitchen and utility (all full size appliances). Lounge and dining area each able to seat 8 plus 2 seater breakfast nook. Second and third bedrooms each have 1 x queen (large double) bed and 1 x single, with plenty of closet space. 2nd & 3rd bedroom share a bathroom, with bath & overhead shower, vanity basin and w.c. Master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large separate closet, en suite with 'his and hers' vanity basins, luxury bath, large walk in shower and separate w.c. The 'WOW' factor comes for free!

My partner and I used this lovely holiday home as a base to get married from (ceremony at Falling Waters, Davis Boulevard), we had a most relaxing week in a clean, comfortable & bright home which we would recommend to anyone, centrally located to visit our relatives in Falling Waters and Lely Estate, close to Tin City in downtown Naples and great for Marco Island too, and best of all, close to the cruise ship we honeymooned on around the Caribbean, does not get any better than that. Love from Thelma and Chris and we look forward to returning too.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We just returned from this delightful home in Naples. My husband and I found the home very clean, light, newer than most in the area, and quiet comfortable. The gated community was very nice to take a walk around and the development was centrally located, for Naples, a short ride to the beaches and Fifth Ave, Third Street South, etc. We will come back again!
