- Air Conditioning : A/C is on 24/7. This is a must as you will have rain invariably for a few seconds or minutes and without full time A/C you will be extremely unhappy.

Pat and Mat: High praise is not given without one first receiving an outstanding experience. Beck and I have been very fortunate in that we have traveled the world while staying in some pretty fine spots, and our week aboard NSS Pattam will go down as one of the most memorable and enjoyable. The accommodations were superb and even exceeded the expectations one would expect in a fine yacht, the attentiveness provided by the crew left one wanting for nothing. As for Pat's cooking, she is second to none! This is simply a 5 star floating restaurant, each meal was simply phenomenal!. Finally, being a licensed UCSG Captain myself, I have the ability to recognize the level of competence in another skipper and Matt and Pat know their "stuff". They are well practiced with exceptional skills including something they don't teach, they have common sense and apply it to boating safety 100% of the time. My wife and I set out to "make memories" on our vacation and that was accomplished in a most exceptional way. RHP 02/24/2011

Dear Pat and Matt,In all of the years of traveling the world, this has been the most wonderful and memorable of them all. You treated us like friends and it seemed that always wanted to do more even though you had all ready gone beyond any one’s expectation.Your presentation of food should be on the cover of every food magazine. The quality and taste was better than any five star restaurant. Pat, you are the top of your class as a chef.Both of you made Cathy and I forget the tough times we are going through right now.
