The villa is constructed in a plot of 3.000 square metres. In which you shall be able to play, enjoy the sun, play billiard or tennis table or simply enjoy a BBQ.

In the garden, we offer a large heated pool, 8 x 4 square metres, next to a round 2 metres diameter jacuzzi. All this next to 2 large exterior tables and 12 chairs, in which you can enjoy a refreshment either under the sun or the shade. We also offer a movable gas BBQ.

Beautiful, sunny and light villa, south-oriented. The villa is built in a semicircular way which surrounds the swimming pool and exterior Jacuzzi, for which 3 of the 5 bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed in two floors.

On the first floor of the villa, we find the main bedroom on suite of the villa, with a terrace offering lovely views of the garden, swimming pool and sea views. The bathroom of this main bedroom, offers, Jacuzzi and independent walk-in shower.

On the ground floor, the villa offers, a large lounge with chimney, 2 dining areas, 1 guest toilet, a large kitchen, as well as 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This magnificent villa, also offers a covered garage in which you can find a tennis table and billiard table. Parking is not a problems since we offer a drive in entrance in which two cars can be parked inside the villa
