When our son moved to Frisco 20 years ago, we couldn't visit enough. We fell in love with the beauty and peace of the majestic mountains that surround this county. The outdoor activities are endless and so diverse from summer to winter. Be prepared to fall in love with the quaint town of Frisco also. We have worked hard to make our condo warm and inviting for our guests and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do when we visit.

My husband and I spent three nights over the NYE holiday here. While ski conditions were less than desirable, that did not matter- I did not want to leave this lovely place during the day- cooking in the spacious kitchen and reading by the fire was more than enough! It is clear that great pride and attention is taken into preparing this home away from home. We so enjoyed our time here that we will make room for another mini vacation back in the next year. Everything we needed was provided and you can't beat the location!

My husband and I stayed here in September 2011 for an anniversary trip and it was great. The condo is well-maintained and had a nice pool and racquetball courts. It is right off Main Street Frisco so it was quick and easy to get to where we were going. Also great covered parking which is always nice in snowy Colorado. Also right across from the Marina and right by a running trail, so lots of activities close by. The owners were going to start renovating the bathroom after we left so I bet it is even better now but it was great when we were there. The owner was very helpful and attentive. Had a great time and would recommend it to anyone!

This condo will not disappoint. It's beautifully remodeled and very clean. We stayed over the Labor Day Weekend and enjoyed Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. The location is perfect for any kind of mountain get-away. You can't go wrong with this one!

Such a clean, well-equipped home away from home! Was there to visit my daughter and grand daughter. I have stayed at other condos at Mountain side, but this condo was by far the best home away from home!! Will stay here again! And what a comfy bed....The owner was so helpful in answering all of my questions. Bike path right outside the door..pool, laundry. Downtown within walking distance. My final say.. the cleanest and best equipped of every place I've stayed at Mountain Side:)) I recommend this condo!! Check out the pics, you really get what you see! And then some. For me. It was a home away from home.

We stayed in February for several days for a ski trip. This condo is wonderfully comfortable! We cooked all of our meals in the well equippeed kitchen and enjoyed the flat screen TV and hot tubs. The hiking trails are right out the back door, as are the fabulous views. We have stayed in other units in the complex and this one is a cut above. We look forward to staying again.
