Newly remodeled one bedroom condo on the first floor! Great views of the mountains to the West. There is underground parking, a clubhouse with indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball, and locker rooms. Enjoy the tennis court in the summers. THIS UNIT HAS HIGH SPEED INTERNET WITH A CABLE MODEM. YOU CAN CONNECT WITH THE ETHERNET CABLE PROVIDED.
Sleeping Arrangements: There is a queen pillow-top bed with mission furniture with a dresser and 2 night stands. In the family room is the queen size sofa sleeper. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Floor Plan: The kitchen has been redone with a counter size breakfast bar which makes for a nice area for dining. There are 4 new black leather bar stools for seating. The range and oven is new, and there is a good size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. All the kitchen appliances you would need are also provided. All the places, glasses, cups, bowls silverware, etc are also provided.
Minimum Stays:
Summer Season: 4 nights (Except 4th of July)
For Low and Value Season: 3 Night Minimum
For Pre-Holiday, Holiday: 5 Night Minimum
Regular Season: 4 Night Minimum (Except Spring Break Weeks)
