  Very nice little condo right across the street from the beach. Everything was just as advertised, and my wife and I loved the place. Hope to return in the near future.

  We continue to stay in this condo because the process of arranging the date, the cleanliness, the location and the quickness the security deposit is returned is wonderful. Also, we had a problem with accessing the wifi and after one phone call to the owner, it was rectified. The condo is very clean and well appointed. There is a great sandwich place right down the street that has excellent hamburgers. And the view of the gulf from the balcony is great in the morning with a cup of coffee. The best, though, is the comfortable bed and thick, fluffy towels. We love it there and will repeat our stay next year.

  We have stayed in this unit many times, and always love it. It is just the right size and location for us. The convenience to beach, pool and restaurants is great. Two or three of the restaurants we can walk to, we love it. The property is well maintained and it is always our "go to" place.

  Very nice clean condo, close to the Gulf. While we would have wished for better weather, our stay was still very enjoyable. We greatly enjoyed the view from the deck and having our morning coffee and afternoon happy hours with views of the water and beach. It was everything that we had wished for. The owners were very easy to deal with and dealt with anything that we needed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this rental to our friends and relatives. If we would ever be returning to this area, we would be looking to rent this condo again.

  This trip was my third vacation to Destin and this condo was by far the best one that I have ever stayed in. I have also stayed in Beach Retreat and Maravilla and this condo was much better. The view was gorgeous and the condo was as clean as can be. The owners are extremely nice and easy to work with. My fiance was very pleased and it was the first time she had been to Florida in 19 years. I will seriously recommend this to anyone that is looking for the best vacation possible in the beautiful city of Destin.

  One of the best located units in the Gulfview complex that we have stayed in. We love this area of Destin and now we've found an excellent place to stay when we get a chance to return. I want to thank Bill for working with me on the extra day, it made the stay in this unit #217 all the better. I had other family members staying in other units in the Gulfview II and they were all jealous of this unit. The balcony and the view for this unit makes the place an excellent getaway retreat to just sit back and enjoy the emerald coast. If this unit is available when you are looking for a place stay on your next vacation I highly recommend it.

  The unit was just as described and the owners were great to work with. The condo had everything that my family needed for the week. The view of the ocean is great. This is one of the best units in Gulfview. I will definitely return next year. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at your wonderful home.

  I would like to personally thank Bill and Malcom on this beautiful condo! It was much more than I expected although I heard nothing but good reviews from other happy people. The condo was nice, very clean and had everything you would need on your vacation. The bed was VERY comfortable and I couldnt help but drift off to sleep immediately every time I laid in it. It was also so peaceful and had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. I cant wait to return for my next vacation and I will definately be staying in this condo again #217.   This was our first time using VRBO. The owner of the condo was very nice, helpful and the transaction went very smooth and easy. The listing for the property is very accurate, found it to be clean and comfortable. Master bed is comfy, ( the couch was alittle broken in and who ever used it last put their dirty stinky sheets back in the closet so we had to wash them before we could used them ( that was the only down fall to our stay)... BUT we also brought an air mattress with us for the kids!!! So it worked out! We enjoyed the view from our balcony so much. So beautiful! Easy access to the beautiful beach. Our family of 4 (10 yr son and a 12 daughter) had a wonderful vacation here. We would recommend this condo to our family and friends. The bike/walk path is nice and safe was to get some exercise in during your stay, we recommend Fat Clemenza's, McGuires Irish Pub, and we loved our visit to Santa Rosa beach too. We cannot wait to come back. It was so hard to leave! We will stay longer next trip.
