The cottage is 10 minutes from both Bala and Port Carling (by boat and car) and close to a marina.
Built from Insulated Concrete Forming and Douglas Fir Timbers, the cottage is both architecturally strong & unique. The cottage is heated in the winter with in -floor heating. Making it an amazing winter get away.
Because of the techniques used in the construction; the cottage is warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
