Rough & worn!
Rough & worn!
Very happy with the location and plenty of room for our family of 15. The downside was that some of the blinds needed to be replaced. The floors downstairs were dirty along with the counters. Light bulbs were missing from some lamps. There was food left on one of the outside grills. The downstairs stayed fairly cool but upstairs was a nightmare. We were lucky to of brought a window air conditioner with us for another family member to take home. Ended up having to use that upstairs. Then one of the upstairs bathrooms started leaking from the ceiling that caused leaking downstairs. Was impossible getting in touch with property manager. Had to call owner who was shocked to hear of this problem. We were to be there from July 12 - July 19, 2013. Five of our family members ended up leaving on the 16th because of the heat. The rest of us left on the 18th around noon. Felt like for what we had to deal with the price was high. Ended up calling the owner when we returned home to let him know of our problems and was hoping to get a little refund along with all of our damage deposit. He offered us a discount if we came back to the property at a later date. I think our entire family is in agreement that we will pass on that offer. Not satisfied with our stay.

We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend. The house had lots of room for our big group. Enough beds for everyone. It was clean, well supplied and a half block walk to the beach. Truly enjoyed our stay. Not fancy but very comfy. Looking forward to coming back again.
