Sailmaker's Place is located on Perdido Key, FL just east Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Alabama and just outside historic Pensacola, Florida on the beautiful Gulf Coast. The building is positioned facing northwest providing magnificent views of both Perdido Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our 5th floor unit built in 2007 offers spectacular views. From our balconies, you can enjoy views of the Intra-coastal waterway, Perdido Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. While relaxing on the balconies you can watch the boats and dolphins pass by and you may see the Navy's Blue Angels fly over! Spread out in the spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. The master bedroom, which has a king size bed, overlooks the waterway. The master bath has a double vanity, large jetted tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom has twin over double bunk beds and a twin bed. Each bedroom has a bathroom, TV and DVD player. The interior has many upgrades including travertine floors, granite countertops, and a wet bar with a separate ice maker as well as a Keurig Coffee Maker.
Sailmaker's Place offers unique amenities including a dock for fishing, a private beach, zero entry pool, theater room, and an exercise room. Our unit even includes a locking 10' x 10' storage locker - room enough to store your toys and golf cart during your visit. Lost Key Golf Course, an Arnold Palmer Signature Course, is located directly across the street. You are also only minutes away from the Gulf Islands National Seashore. This national park, which sits on the end of the key, is a wonderful place to walk, jog, bike, kayak or go shelling.

Condo exceeded expectations. Clean and spacious, beautifully decorated....views and atmosphere were relaxing and serene. We loved that each bedroom has its own full bath. With the limited number of units, pool nor beach area was ever crowded. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with...very accomodating. Hope to return soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

It has it all: It is clean & well-maintained; the decor is attractive, uncluttered and doesn't look like it came out of the same "condo decor box" as so many others; the kitchen is well equipped for cooking & dining; furniture is comfortable; owners are responsive to guests' needs; building & property amenities are very nice; the view is incomparable! Location, location, location! The condo is about a half hour to Gulf Shores and a half hour to Pensacola and all it has to offer: very good restaurants in every category & price range; Pensacola Little Theater productions, music (we especially enjoy Pensacola Jazz Society events).It's just five minutes to the Gulf Beach National Seashore Park and Johnson Beach, for beautiful beach-walking, picnicking, surf-fishing, & kite-flying; less than five minutes to really good eating at the Oyster Bar & Marina. We'll be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We LOVE this condo. We love the decor, the view, the amenities, the owners, the proximity to the Gulf, outlets, go-carts, golf, and fabulous restaurants. I would (and have) recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We've stayed there two years in a row for my middle son's birthday (9th and 10th birthday) in August, and he wants to do it every year. We will, too, school schedule permitting.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed at this condo in July 2011. It was perfect with a great view of the waterway and a huge balcony area. Nice quiet location with great zero entry pool for kids. Owners were super responsive to any inquiries we had while at the condo. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
