Welcome to Devaun Park which is situated on a scenic peninsula overlooking the quaint fishing village of Calabash, North Carolina. There is a unique tranquility of a picturesque coastal town, beaches, yet a short drive to many exciting amenities.
Historic settings of nearby Wilmington, North Carolina are fifty minutes to the north while fifteen minutes south is Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Golf is available on over 100 exceptional courses, world-class dining and entertainment, and shopping for all tastes can be easily found.
Devaun Park is located between the Calabash River; Intercoastal Waterway; and the Ocean. Beautiful Sunset Beach is just 4 miles away from three bedroom home. A quaint wooden bridge leads you across a pristine salt marsh as you approach the three mile long island of Sunset Beach.
The beach is known for its wide strand and thick sea oats which attract hundreds of shore birds each morning, along with the sea turtle watch.
