Why the Owner Chose Briny Breezes
This has the best of all worlds; tranquil or exciting living - on the Intracoastal waterway or ocean side. We can just walk outside in our bathing suits and have breakfast or whatever on the picknick table or lie in a lounger and watch the scenery go by (everything from waterskiers, jetskis', tubers on up to oceangoing yachts on the Intracoastal) or we can jump in and participate. We can walk the whole park or cruise it in our golf cart. Yet we can easily drive, bicycle or even walk over the bridge to most anything we need; restaurants, shopping, etc.
The Unique Benefits of this Mobile Home
If we want to, we can keep busy virtually every day and evening, with activities, planned or other.
