Situated on 5 acres 100 feet above the pristine turquoise waters of Turtle Tail, this fully equipped,gated,very private mini-resort offers unobstructed 360 degree views of the entire Island of Providenciales.

You will be greeted at the airport by our manager and whisked to your paradise retreat. If you provide a food and beverage shopping list in advance, all shall be here for your arrival. Should you require phone or WIFI Internet services, they are available at no charge.

Amenities include a 50ft lap pool with slide, fully equipped air conditioned gym with commercial aerobic, resistance and Pilates equipment, a large hot tub, and everyone’s favorite: Three Home Theaters including a 20 seat outdoor movie theater. The professionally equipped stainless steel kitchen will permit the do it yourself chef the opportunity to create gourmet dishes in a leisurely setting or, if so inclined retain our resident manager to whip up one or more of his Asian specialties…or, use the complete outdoor BBQ and kitchen to grill steaks or chicken or local lobster.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with TV, air conditioning, and en-suite bath.

And after your workout in the gym or when finished with a soak in the Hot-tub, take a stroll of the grounds. You can visit the Art Studio, aviary and even run into one of our very friendly cats, or Taylor, our African Grey Parrot or one of the dogs.

And if you can tear yourself away from the fantastic views, take a 2 minute ride to a nearby private beach or a longer jaunt to our Island’s many attractions.

There’s a reason our guests say that it would be tough getting any closer to paradise……
