How-to-book
* Additional 5% resort tax from January 1st, 2008.
* For booking, deposit is 30% (50% for X-mas and N-Year).
* Balance and full payment have to be payed 2 weeks before arrival.
* Wire transfers have to be used for deposit and balance.
* Full refund if cancellation is made 90 days prior to the arrival.
* For one couple we made a special offer (-10%).
* In Mid-season, a special arrangement is possible, if last minute booking or less than 7 days (-10% for 6 days, -20% for 5 days, -30% for 4 days).
