Located on beautiful Cozumel Island, with it’s white sandy beaches and warm Caribbean waters! Come and enjoy the island life from our lovely, spacious and newly remodeled Condo. The remodeling and furnishings were hand picked for an elegant and comfortable feeling that we love while on vacation. I love coming to our condo and Cozumel, after a day or two it is so nice to settle down to island life and it’s relaxing no hurry attitude. A true vacation from our busy, hectic lives.
The Condo sleeps four comfortably, master with a king size, second bedroom has two twins. There is a sectional couch and chair in the living area that may be pushed together to accomadate an extra person if necessary.
We are located in the Country Club Estates on the northwest side of the island. We are set just across from the beach with an ocean view and stunning sunsets. Just steps to the beach where you can enjoy the warm turquoise water for swimming, kite boarding, windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, boating and of course snorkeling. There are many adventure and sport outfits located a short walking distance either way on the beach. Something for everyone in the family. Cozumel is also known for it’s spectacular scuba diving, beginners to the very experienced. We originally came here for the kiteboarding and snorkeling, and fell in love with the area. Kiteboard beach is right across from us.
For the golf enthusiast there is a new Jack Nicklaus golf course just across the road, about a five minute walk. It is well kept and a beautiful course to play on. You may even see a crocodile bathing in the sun next to one of the ponds, but don’t worry, no one has been chased yet.
Downtown Cozumel is a 10 minute drive or taxi ride. There you can enjoy shopping, eating and the local night life. Venture a few blocks east and see a bit more of the local scene for shops and eateries. The morning market is a great place to get produce, fish and fresh juices. Not many tourists find this place but it is a true pleasure if you plan on utilizing the kitchen at all.
Other activities not to be missed are touring the Mayan Ruins, swimming with the Dolphins, touring the tequila factory and visits to the Ecological Park and Chankanaab. Drive around the island or take a jeep tour. A half hour ferry ride will take you across to Playa del Carmen and the main land, a nice place to do a day trip.
You will find the people on Cozumel friendly and peaceful. Many people keep coming back again and again. Maybe you will be one of them!

Enjoyed our stay in Cozumel...hope to return one day
We had a five woman vacation in Cozumel and really enjoyed our time in the condo. The owners were very helpful and answered a lot of questions for us. The property and condo were very clean and had everything we needed. We were glad we rented a car for the week. Exploring the island was a new adventure everyday. Loved the people on the island. We felt so welcomed and could feel the pride they have in their homeland. I would recommend this condo to people traveling to Cozumel.

Our accommodations, selected by my boyfriend, were a real treat. It was more than spacious for the two of us, we could have had friends stay with us and there still would have been plenty of room for everyone. The winds were perfect one day allowing us to go kiteboarding at the beach right out front. When we couldn't kite out front, we headed up to Isla Bonita, which is a short drive away. The condo had everything we needed and more. We hardly used the AC as the architecture allows the air to flow gently by. We thought the Simpsons on TV in Spanish were funny. We enjoyed dining on the balcony, and the rooftop allows for a good sunset view. I highly recommend this condo as a cozy, comfy getaway for vacationers and would definitely return next time we're in Cozumel.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks. The accomodations we very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything and yet well away from the resort and cruse ship crowd. The beach out front was the quietest on the island. We just loved it!
