The Regent Grand is Provo’s newest and most luxurious residential condominium resort, secluded on more than 4 acres with over 300 ft. of Grace Bay beachfront. Guests can enjoy an early morning workout in the fitness center located in the pavilion building or play a late afternoon game of tennis on the floodlit championship court. A palm-tree lined boardwalk leads from the oceanfront building to a stunning beach, with complimentary towels, chaises, and umbrellas. THE SUITE: The Turquoise Grand is a spacious fourth-floor corner beachfront residence with expansive wrap-around terrace and 2,364 s.f. total space (1,933 s.f. interior plus 431 s.f. terrace). LOCATION: The Regent Grand resort is located on the island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies. Provo is less than 600 miles southeast of Miami, and getting there is easy. In fact, it's one of the most convenient destinations to fly to in the Caribbean. American Airlines, Delta Airlines, US Airways, Air Canada, British Airways, Air Jamaica, and Bahamas Air are among the airlines that currently offer service. TCI is a British Overseas Territory, English is the official language, and it is in the Eastern time zone. The U.S. dollar is the official currency, and electricity is U.S./Canada standard 110V/60Hz.
NOTE: While our corner of the building offers spectacular views from any part of the terrace, the East end of the building has an adjacent undeveloped lot, currently being used for construction materials for work at Regent Village, the adjacent retail complex with shops and restaurants.

Just wanted to let you know what a great time we had at your villa. The resort is beautiful as is the condo. The amenities were great as well - the games, DVD's, etc. Everything was perfect. I was amazed at how friendly and accomodating the resort staff was as well. We will surely try to stay there again on our next trip to TCI. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing visit at the fabulous Turquoise Grand Suite located at the Regent Grand Resort. This property is outstanding and very luxurious in every way. The suite is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Everything was in perfect order for us when we arrived. The resort is in a great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We thought this was a big plus since we did not rent a car during our visit. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

Provo was amazing. The weather was wonderful, spectacular. The water was warm and so beautiful. The condo was perfectly appointed, I honestly would be hard pressed to think of anything that was lacking... The book selection was thoroughly enjoyed as were the games and videos. The beds were so comfortable and the linens delightful. The kitchen was obviously set up with care. Sharp knives. Good pots and pans. Thank you! We feel privileged to be the first guests to experience your 'island paradise.' We hope to return one day. We booked a half day sail with Sail Provo. The captain was Winston (aka Ryan). It was a memorable experience. The sea was a bit choppy due to the wind but we had a great day nonetheless. We rented a car through Grace Bay rentals. That worked out very well. We walked on the beach, enjoyed the sun, read, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We had dinner at Magnolia Wine Bar and resturant, Caicos Cafe (twice) and ended our week at 'da Conch shack.' All were delicious. Our favorite was da Conch shack, with Caicos Cafe a close second... We were very reluctant to leave. You clearly spent alot of thoughtful hours planning and setting up your 'home away from home.' Happy 2009!
