Our family recently visited and stayed at the Regent Grand in the Turquoise Grand Suite. This location was absolutely perfect for our family - we have three daughters, ages 9, 7 and 5. The Suite itself is exquisite, boasting all of the latest technology, appliances, very well appointed linens, bedding, etc, and every detail was thought out and prepared for us. The Suite was immaculate - not a spot of dust or sand, had unbelievable views and the floorplan was perfect. This would also work perfectly for 3 couples to use- as each room boasted its own beautiful bathroom. The grounds of the Regent Grand are beautiful and immaculate, the staff is SO wonderful - they treated our family like royalty, the beach is stunning and the water is almost surreal. We will most certainly be back and stay at the Turquoise Grand Suite at the Regent Grand Again. Thank you Bruce and Paula!

What A Perfect Way To Ring In The New Year!

My husband and I brought our adult children and our grandson to TCI and stayed at this property for New Year's Eve week. We had an exceptional time. The view from the unit of the fireworks was outstanding and it kicked our vacation into high gear right from our arrival. The pictures accurately show the quality of the furnishings and the home. Nothing has been overlooked and the owners are just as responsive as every review says that they are. The FAQ's provided help us target excellent restaurants with our best experience being at Magnolia. We totally concur that a rental car makes the trip even better! Without hesitation we would all highly recommend this property.

We were "wowed" when we first walked in the door and saw the condo. The pictures don't do it justice. Spent most of our "condo" time sitting on the deck. The views were great and it was a very comfortable place to relax. The island itself was a little pricey which made the cost of eating (either with groceries or dining out) a bit surprising. The cheapest meal we had was brunch which was $60 for 4 people.

Our stay at the Turquoise Grand Suite was hands down one of the best vacations we have ever taken, and I mean "vacation" literally. All that we had to do once we arrived at the resort was to relax. Everything in the condo is perfectly thought out, well stocked, and arranged in the best way possible. Speaking of arranged perfectly, you can even see both the sunrise and the sunset every day from your private balcony overlooking the ocean – from coffee to cocktails, you don’t really even have to leave the condo. But, when we did go exploring, we were truly amazed by the friendliness of the people, locals and tourists alike. We felt completely safe everywhere that we went, and that’s not something that you can say about a lot of Caribbean islands. The owners were super easy to work with, and I would highly recommend both this resort and specifically this suite. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We just returned from a great trip to Turks and Caicos and loved our stay at The Regent Grand. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The view from the balcony can't be beat - we enjoyed it every morning with our coffee!! The pool is great, especially for little ones as it's a zero-depth pool with some shallow ledges as well, so our daughter could walk right in. The beach in front of the resort is beautiful and of course, the water is the bluest I've seen! We were able to be picked up by boat for parasailing and snorkeling trips. We did rent a car, which I would recommend, to explore the island. We took a trip to Taylor's Bay Beach which was so beautiful - we could walk out so far as it was extremely shallow. The resort is centrally located and close to restaurants, shopping and Graceway Gourmet for groceries. In our downtime, the kids loved playing games and watching movies - all which were available in our condo. Bruce was extremely easy to work with and we will be back for sure. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

We just returned from our 3rd trip to Provo and our 2nd in a row at this suite. The property is gorgeous, the suite has everything you could possibly want and the beach is second to none. Many good restaurants are within walking distance, as is a great grocery store. The resort is very centrally located and very well looked after. I must give compliments to the staff as well. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. It is very easy to book with the owner, who is very accommodating and provides excellent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We had an amazing trip to Turks and Caicos! We loved the Regent Grand and our unit that we rented from Bruce and Paula. The unit is meticulous and spacious. The owners have thought of every detail. Our kids enjoyed the variety of games available when we needed a break from the sun. The location of the resort is great. There are several shops and restaurants you can walk to. We rented a car and we were glad we did and it allowed us to explore the island. The beach in front of the resort is amazing. The sand is so soft and the water is beautiful. The service at the poolside bar is excellent. We would definitely return. thanks again!

BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING VACATION

We stayed in the Turquoise Grand Suite for one week during spring break and absolutely loved our accomodations. The Suite was just as described and pictured on the website, very clean, lots of room for our family and was a great location on the island! We had everything we needed in the suite. Loved the spectacular view from the balcony, the great service at the bar and beach, and being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The kids loved being able to have activities (parasailing, banana boat, fishing boat) come right to them on the beach and pick them up! We also rented a car and would recommend a drive to the other side of the island to Taylor Bay - a tropical and serene paradise. Definitely would recommend this condo! Bruce was also very easy to work with, checked to make sure everything was going well, and returned our deposit quickly.

Perfect Family Vacation

I can't say enough good things about this villa and the Regent Grand . The staff is simply second to none. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. Most importantly always making sure there are chairs at the pool and beach. People are not permitted to "save" chairs. So refreshing. The kids have been asking to go back since we left. There was simply nothing we could think of the villa did not provide. If he had thought of anything we knew Bruce and Paula would provide it immediately. We have stayed at several high end full service hotels on Grace Bay, but will definitley be returning to this villa for years to come.

The Turquoise Grand Suite was phenomenal. We stayed for two weeks, and could not have asked for a more accommodating suite. The suite was extremely clean and very organized. They have a very wide variety of dvd movies (which we got to watch a lot of due to hurricane Tomas). They also have wireless internet, and voip phone (which was very nice to keep in touch with family back home). The view from the terrace was breathtaking. This was our fourth trip to TCI, and we have stayed at other places, and this was by far our favorite. Bruce went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. He was very professional, and kept to his word. We received our deposit within a timely manner. We highly recommend this suite.

Perfect location to enjoy one of the world's most beautiful islands. Easy access to beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Full-size kitchen with appliances, dish-ware, and utensils; Graceway Gourmet is within easy walking distance for grocery shopping. Close to the Provo Golf Club. The Regent Grand allows guests to use bikes (free-of-charge) to quickly get to many sites. The Turquoise Suite is large, luxurious, and has EVERYTHING one needs for an unforgettable vacation. If you're seeking flawless beaches in a quiet, comfortable, clean, and roomy rental that's nicer than most homes, you won't find anything better than the Turquoise Suite at the Regent Grand.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Regent Grand and the Turquoise Grand Suite. The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated and the most amazing ocean front view I've ever seen. I hesitated on writing a good review because I wanted to keep this place a secret, but Bruce was a nice guy, very pleasant to deal with and came through on everything we agreeded upon when we rented the condo. This was my first experience renting through VRBO and I was a little nervous. Everything went perfectly and we also got our damage deposit back in a timely maner. The staff there was very friendly. The pool was amazing. Very comfortable lounge chairs at the pool and an abundent supply of clean towels.The beach was also very nice. The water is so clear and the bottom was smooth white sand. We will be back again next year for sure.

We just returned from our vacation at the Regent Grand, Turquoise Grand Suite.It was a perfect vacation in every way.The owners of this unit have thought of EVERYTHING and could not have been more accomodating.I worked in the hotel industry for years so tend to be very particular about our accomodations.Everything was perfect and no detail missed.The place was well stocked from dvds, cds, books, linens, beautiful and thoughtful bathroom amenities,extra pillows...and even had cold water and sodas as well as bottle of rum for us upon arrival.There were perfectly working remotes and directions for tvs/dvd players in every room.It was impecably decorated, clean, and comfortable in every way.The ocean view was amazing and the grounds extremely well kept.Pool and beach were fabulous and you could always find a chair (we have had issues with that at other places).The gym was also wonderful, and the staff were attentive and extremely friendly.They even came around with complimentary cold waters when we were at the beach or pool.Beach here was far less crowded than other places which we were very happy about. The location was perfect if you did not want to rent a car as there is a grocery store, diner and restaurants in walking distance.We chose to rent a car so we could explore the island and it was great (we rented from Grace Bay Car Rental across the street and they were well priced and very accomodating).Our favorite restaurant was Coco Bistro which I would highly recommend.Loved it!! We had a fabulous trip and would HIGHLY recommend this place.We will be back for sure!! Wonderful and thoughtful owners and a spectacular place- what more could you ask for??

My family and I just spent a wonderful week at the beautiful Turquoise Grand suite. The suite is absolutely stunning. There is not a detail that has been overlooked. The view is breathtaking, the furnishings and decor make the suite very welcoming and comfortable. What a tropical paradise! The staff at the resort are very friendly and gracious. We just returned from an 8 night stay at the Turquoise Grand Suite with our two teenagers. The one word description would have to be WOW! Upon arrival we found the place to be immaculate, and there were even cold sodas, bottled water and beer awaiting us in the refrigerator. The suite is extremely well appointed and has everything you would ever need to cook and serve a gourmet meal. The beds were firm and very, very comfortable. The photos of the suite don’t do it justice. The views, both from inside the suite and from the balcony are awesome. After walking up and down the entire Grace Bay, it validated the substantial research we had conducted which led us to select the Regent Grand for our vacation. Within easy walking distance is a new grocery store, the Graceway Gourmet, a wine and liquor store, many restaurants, and the brand new Regent Village which is beginning to fill up with high-end retail and hospitality tenants. The beach and pool were not crowded and were both very peaceful. The staff ensures that there are enough beach umbrellas and lounge chairs for everyone, and even distributed complimentary, ice cold bottled water to the resort guests during the heat of the day.We did not find anything to be lacking at the resort or our fabulous suite. The Turquoise Grand owner was very easy to deal with (this was our first VRBO experience) and the resort staff was fantastic. The high-speed wireless internet connection was solid throughout our stay and the Vonage phone was a big plus. We would highly recommend the Regent Grand and the Turquoise Suite.

They visited our suite at a wonderful time of year in August, with the island and beach quieter and more peaceful than any other time of year. And when it gets too hot in the sun, the loungers on the terrace let you soak in the views with cool drinks in hand!

We spent our 20th wedding anniversary at the Turquoise Grand Suite at the Regent Grand Resort. We've spent a lot of time in the Caribbean and South Pacific and this was by far our most favorite place of all. The owners of the Turquoise Grand Suite were unbelievable and very helpful setting things up for us prior to our arrival and were very accessible during our stay. They thought of everything from easy communication via the Vonage phone back to the US, wireless internet service inside the condo, an abundance of movies and games selections, to a well stocked book shelf. The beds fall into that "Heavenly Bed" category and were very comfortable. The condo was in the "over the top nice" category and someplace I would highly recommend to anyone celebrating a special occasion for a romantic getaway or doing a family trip with kids. The setup of the condo in relations to the pool, beach and great restaurants is terrific. Turks and Caicos was an amazing place with the best beaches in the world. The white sand and crystal clear water was something from a picture. We plan to stay at the Turquoise Grand Suite again next year and hope to make this a yearly tradition.

Just wanted to let you know what a great time we had at your villa. The resort is beautiful as is the condo. The amenities were great as well - the games, DVD's, etc. Everything was perfect. Our first time at TCI was fabulous. The condo was wonderful. Well laid out with a spectacular view of the beach and water. It was enormous and more like a private home than a condo. The owner was easy to deal with. There were no surprises. They were helpful with recommendation for dining, and activities. Regent Grand staff was friendly and helpful. Resident and guest were friendly. This truly is a 5 star condo in a 5 star facility. Filled with upscale (but down to earth) people. Airport, restaurant, activities staff were friendly, helpful and appreciative of your business. Don't rent a car! You can walk to some places . There are several resturants near the condo. We hired a cab driver to drive us to the far away places.. It was like having a private driver. Don't think we spent more that renting a car. . Hope to use the condo next year. TCI and the Turquoise Suite are our new Caribbean Paradise!

My wife and I just returned from one of the most relaxing vacations ever. Our stay at the Turquoise Grand suite at the Regent Grand was simply fantastic. The suite is spacious and beautifully decorated. All comforts, including wonderful bed linens, towels, and robes are provided. Breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach is a perfect way to start the day. When we were not in the suite we enjoyed the Regent Grand's luxurious facilities: beautiful beach, pool and pool side bar, spa, wonderfully appointed fitness room, and tennis court. I would highly recommend this property and suite to anyone.

Provo was amazing. The weather was wonderful, spectacular. The water was warm and so beautiful. The condo was perfectly appointed, I honestly would be hard pressed to think of anything that was lacking... The book selection was thoroughly enjoyed as were the games and videos. The beds were so comfortable and the linens delightful. The kitchen was obviously set up with care. Sharp knives. Good pots and pans. Thank you! We feel privileged to be the first guests to experience your 'island paradise.' We hope to return one day. We booked a half day sail with Sail Provo. The captain was Winston (aka Ryan). It was a memorable experience. The sea was a bit choppy due to the wind but we had a great day nonetheless. We rented a car through Grace Bay rentals. That worked out very well. We walked on the beach, enjoyed the sun, read, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We had dinner at Magnolia Wine Bar and resturant, Caicos Cafe (twice) and ended our week at 'da Conch shack.' All were delicious. Our favorite was da Conch shack, with Caicos Cafe a close second... We were very reluctant to leave. You clearly spent alot of thoughtful hours planning and setting up your 'home away from home.' Happy 2009!
