This exceptional home on 14 acres of the Willow Creeks area in Elkhorn sets atop a hill, and is designed to take advantage of the spectacular mountain view. The home offers 5500 square feet, plus a large deck and a balcony off of each of the 5 bedrooms, making it a perfect private getaway for a family or group of close friends.
The main floor boasts a very large living area, with a flat screen TV, extended cable and BluRay/DVD player. There is a breakfast table off of the kitchen in addition to a separate dining area. The kitchen is well equipped to prepared meals for even a large group.
There are two King bedrooms in the main level, each with their own bathrooms. The upper level has the master suite - with a King bed, 36” flat-screen TV, private bathroom and unbelievable views to the north – and a guest room with bridgeable Twin beds and Queen-size sleeper sofa, and bathroom.
On the lower level is a bonus room with a set of bridgable Twin beds, along with its own bath plus a small refrigerator and sink.
The modern/contemporary decor is accented throughout with original art, highlighted by gallery-style lighting. The home inlcudes 4 TV’s, a stereo, BluRay player, DVD player, and CD player, as well as a gas BBQ, washer/dryer and a gas log fireplace.
This property comes with Elkhorn amenities, which include two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, hot tubs and access to the golf course.
To help maintain the integrity of the home, we are not able to permit smoking or pets. The posted rates accommodate up to 8 guests; additional guests are welcome for an additional charge.
