A large 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo with free high speed internet. Located 3 miles from Disney in a 4-star resort, Windsor Palms. 2 large master bedrooms with king-sized beds and walk-in closets and TVs. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Pull-out sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 8. 2 full baths. 48" cable color TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Washer and dryer are in house. No smoking or pets. Bassinet, pack'n'play, two strollers, high chair, and a booster seat are all in house. All linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are in-house. Expensive furniture in condo(example - marble dining table).
Windsor Palms resort is located in Kissimmee and 3 miles from Disney. It has a heated pool and hot tub that are steps from my condo. It also has a chilren's play area, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and ping pong with all equipment free to use with a $5 refundable deposit. The 54 seat movie theater is free for the use with choices of over 120 movies at a first-come/first- serve basis. An exercise room is open for you to use. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
The following dates are $59/night: April 28,29: June 1,2,3,22,23,24;July 5,6,7;
May stays are $69/night. Other stays in 2012 are $79/night except summer/holidays.
The summer rate for 2012 is $89/night or $595/week.
If my individual condo is booked the dates you wanted we also have access to book
similar condos at Windsor Palms. Call or email.
All stays less than a week are subject to a $65 cleaning fee.
Stays of 6 nights add 1/2 the cleaning fee or $32.50 Call for more pictures.

The apartment is excellent. Good comfortable, has everything you need for a excellent vacations. All we stayed we feel like we're in our house. Very clean, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants, places to visit. Very safe because has access control. It is exactly as seen in the photos. You can also pass an unusual bright day in the clubhouse, has the pool, a convenience store, a cinema, games room and gym.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
