This beautiful town home looks out onto open space and is within 1/4 mile of Winter Park Ski Resort. Unit has two floors and sleeps ten or more.
The first level includes a garage and two bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunks and the other with a queen. Each bedroom has a private bath and one has a steam shower.
The second floor has an open kitchen, living room, dining room area with an adjoining half-bath and the master suite. The master suite has a king bed and adjoining luxury bathroom with jacuzzi tub (no jets) and separate shower.
All professional appliances are found in our kitchen including a gas stove, dish washer & Kohler sink.
The living room has a large south facing picture window that looks out onto the base of the Winter Park ski area and has a gas fireplace, cable TV with surround sound stereo, DVD, VCR and Stereo with CD--and also a iPod dock so you can loose the ear phones.
A covered porch is on the second level with an outdoor gas grill. A shared outdoor hot tub is 20 paces from our garage door.
The bottom floor has washer / dryer, a large area for coats, boots and other gear. In addition, the garage includes ski racks for plenty of storage space for skis.
