The property was absolutely beautiful and located a short walk from the ferry. We were greeted with a bottle of champaign upon our arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. This beachfront property allowed us to sit on the patio and take in the sites. The property was very clean, well maintained and had many necessities stocked. The decor was very modern with a personality. We would definately recommend this property as a romantic getaway or a family getaway, it is spacious and allows everyone their own space.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

After spending a weekend in Catalina I realized that there couldn't be a better place to stay than this condo. I mean, not only is it clean, elegant and very well maintained it is also in the best location as you are close to everything. It was great to find that it's just steps away from the dock station, so no need for transportation to get there. My daughters and I had a great time and I will definitely come back. I tried watching TV a couple of times, but I could just not get my eyes off the beautiful view. The convinience of having the fully equiped kitchen made it even better. We just went to the local supermarket and cooked there once in a while. It is so comfortable and inviting that you really don't need to go anywhere. But if you do, there is plenty of activities you can plan just steps away from this gorgeous place. I totally recommend it as a romantic getaway or to spend some quality time with your family. It was nice to have my kids take off on their own without having to worry. I could see them from my balcony while I relaxed. The owner is very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home.
