757 S. Prom, Seaside, located on the Promenade just six blocks South of the famed "Turn Around." This location is the best Seaside has to offer. A stunning unobstructed oceanfront view, just steps to the promenade and only one hundred feet from stairs leading to the sand. Our home is newly constructed, finished in February of 2007. We tore down a badly deteriorated home and replaced it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall.
Our home is 3000 square feet on three levels, five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two gas fireplaces, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, gas barbeque, four cruiser bicycles, wireless internet, 2 color TV's, VHS & DVD, stereo with speakers on basement and main levels with an IPOD attachment for the stereo. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies. Our occupancy permit limits guests to a maximum of twelve.
On the basement level you will find one bedroom with a full size bunk bed capable of accommodating four children or two adults. On the main floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and sliding glass door to the rear deck. The upstairs has a smaller master bedroom with the best view in the house. French doors open onto a loft area with a stunning ocean view. This room has a queen bed and access to the upstairs bathroom. Two more bedrooms are found upstairs, one with a full size bed and the other with another set of full size bunk beds. Click clack style sleeper sofas are found on the loft and lower level.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside
We are native Oregonians so the Oregon Coast and Seaside have been a fun and exciting part of our lives. We had the opportunity in 2006 to build two homes on the site where an older home was in need of demolition. The owner of the demolished home now owns the adjacent home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The greatest benefit is spending some quality time with friends and family. Being able to enjoy the company of others with the beautiful Pacific Ocean as a backdrop allows us to take a deep breath and enjoy the experience.

Mike is an airline pilot for a major carrier and Susan is an elementary school teacher. More importantly we are the parents of two lovely young ladies. We are both from the Portland area.

We just finished our week vacation in Seaside at Mike's home. It was great. The house was spotless, and very clean. Beautiful Kitchen and ample room for our 10 adults and couple children. The location could not be beat. Nothing is better then sleeping with the windows open and waking up to ocean breezes and smells. It was great to have bikes there to use, as well as beach gear for the kids. Looking forward to doing it again in a couple of years.

Our girls getaway was the best ever in this stunning beach house.....The owner "special ordered" 3 days of SUNSHINE for us and our weekend was fabulous! The house is over the top beautiful and the location...perfect! The rental process was so easy and prompt.....This is absolutely the "very best" house to stay in when you visit Seaside...it can't be beat!!

This home was a perfect place for our girl's reunion. The location couldn't be better with the promenade right out front and the view of the beach was breathtaking. There were 10 of us and the layout of the house was ideal for gathering together. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including some bikes! I would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially for family/friend reunions. Thanks again!

We had such an amazing time at your incredible beach house. It was everything that we had imagined and more. Even with the rainy weather, the view was absolutely gorgeous. We were able to celebrate my sister in a beautiful, relaxed environment. The memories will be etched in our minds forever. Thank you for a perfect getaway for our family -- we truly enjoyed your beautiful home. It was so nicely supplied and other than stocking the refrigerator, we lacked for nothing. Even though the weather was cool, we made time to ride bikes, walk on the beach and even a play a couple late night card games. We enjoyed our stand at Brezza Marina so much. The rooms are airy and clean with lots of space for everyone to feel at ease. We especially appreciated the short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. The home is very modern and has a charming atmosphere to do. The bedrooms are very nice and towards the upper end of comfort and the kitchen is fully equiped with everything that is needed for meal preparing and serving. As a family we were so happy to make some wonderful summer memories in a home that was so inviting and so accommodating. I would definetly recommend Brezza Marina to anyone seeking to have a pleasant experience. A great house to share your family with. We will be back again soon. Coos Bay Guest-Amber

We just returned from a perfect vacation,staying in this fabulous home. Where a person stays effects the vacation, we all feel wonderful and our stay is a very special memory now. This home will pamper you, and renew you and there were 12 of us. We weren't in each others face, we all had alone time whenever we wanted, and group time was made easy by the huge kitchen and eating areas. Kite flying and sand castles are memories for this year, but we'll be back Thank you Meyers!!!

Bee's Hive Bridge Bidders spent 5 days at Brezza Marina and had a wonderful time. The facility is awesome and very comfortable. The group has used Seaside as a base meeting place for many years and found the accomodations like staying at The Ritz. We liked it so much we have booked our 2009 dates! Thanks for your hospitality and friendship!!!
