  Just got back from 5 days in this beautiful home. We had 8 of us in the house, all adults, my siblings, spouses and my 94 year old mother. I had not walked through the home before but watched the video several times. The video is, of course, very accurate. Everything in the home worked. We used the grill on the back deck several times. It is in excellent shape. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, etc. We found everything we needed. Location is great on the Prom. It is a short walk to Broadway which is the main street in Seaside. No noise or disruption from any neighbors. One of the unexpected pleasant surprises was the bicycles in the garage. They are vintage with white wall tires. Everyone had a great time riding those. In short I would go back in a minute and can confidently recommend this to anyone who is looking for a location on the coast with multiple bedrooms. And one last comment to the owner, Mike. Keep the people who are cleaning the home. It was immaculately clean, very impressive.

  Brezza Marina is a fantastic property. Great views, location, quality of the house and features. Came with 10 family members and the place was a perfect base. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Everything you need is provided! Will definitely return.

  I joined the military years ago, and have traveled all over. I have not been home to Oregon in many years, my children have not seen my family in 14 years. We planned our trip to Oregon, leaving the day after my son graduated high school and one week before he was to leave for active duty army himself. We were able to get our family together at the beach for 4 days and really take the time to relax, catch up and bond. With 5 teens, it was nice to have what we called the kids floor.... They watched tv, played games, and rode miles on the bikes that come with the rental. In addition, being steps from the beach made it easy for the kids to play, and for my father who had a hard time walking in the sand, he could watch the kids fly kites from the living area of the house. I also loved that it was a short walk to the aquarium and the main strip. We could let the kids go to town, and not fear that they were too far away. The house is stocked with everything and then some. The quality of products in the house are amazing, and the house itself beautiful. My husband and two smaller children where unable to make this trip with us, and we are already planning our return trip for next year. I will no doubt be renting this house again! I thank the owners for providing a home that we could make lasting memories in.... beautiful home and by far the best in the area!

  It is hard to review this place inasmuch as it just fits so well. The owners have conspired to make this a really wonderful experience. It is hard to imagine them doing any better. If you want a place to connect with family, and to connect with the Pacific Ocean.. It is hard to imagine a better place. We shall return...

  We arrived with 4 adults and 3 young children for a 4 day weekend. The house is beautiful, clean, luxurious, spacious, has amazing views, and the location is fantastic! The views from the house were priceless and it was just a short and enjoyable walk to the main downtown area. Inside, all appliances and fixtures are top notch. The majority of the house is stone floors, which were beautiful. With kids it wasn't ideal but it didn't take away from our experience. We were two seperate families and had plenty of room to spread out without getting in each others way. The beds were a little hard and squeaky, but that's the only negative (if you want to call it that) that we had. the room downstairs does get very cold (we were there in February) and wasn't ideal for a young child but was very spacious and made sense for older children or adults. The house is 3 stories giving you lots of space and options. It was exactly what we were looking for, a place to relax and unwind before our husbands deployed. thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

  We just finished our week vacation in Seaside at Mike's home. It was great. The house was spotless, and very clean. Beautiful Kitchen and ample room for our 10 adults and couple children. The location could not be beat. Nothing is better then sleeping with the windows open and waking up to ocean breezes and smells. It was great to have bikes there to use, as well as beach gear for the kids. Looking forward to doing it again in a couple of years.

  Our girls getaway was the best ever in this stunning beach house.....The owner "special ordered" 3 days of SUNSHINE for us and our weekend was fabulous! The house is over the top beautiful and the location...perfect! The rental process was so easy and prompt.....This is absolutely the "very best" house to stay in when you visit Seaside...it can't be beat!!

  This home was a perfect place for our girl's reunion. The location couldn't be better with the promenade right out front and the view of the beach was breathtaking. There were 10 of us and the layout of the house was ideal for gathering together. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including some bikes! I would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially for family/friend reunions. Thanks again!

  We had such an amazing time at your incredible beach house. It was everything that we had imagined and more. Even with the rainy weather, the view was absolutely gorgeous. We were able to celebrate my sister in a beautiful, relaxed environment. The memories will be etched in our minds forever. Thank you so much... from the wine on the table to greet us to the luxurious intricacies of the house... it was perfect!

  Thank you for a perfect getaway for our family -- we truly enjoyed your beautiful home. It was so nicely supplied and other than stocking the refrigerator, we lacked for nothing. Even though the weather was cool, we made time to ride bikes, walk on the beach and even a play a couple late night card games. We will definately return to Seaside and would recommend your beautiful home to friends and family.We look forward to returning soon. The Boston Family
