Luxurious retreat!

We arrived with 4 adults and 3 young children for a 4 day weekend. The house is beautiful, clean, luxurious, spacious, has amazing views, and the location is fantastic! The views from the house were priceless and it was just a short and enjoyable walk to the main downtown area. Inside, all appliances and fixtures are top notch. The majority of the house is stone floors, which were beautiful. With kids it wasn't ideal but it didn't take away from our experience. We were two seperate families and had plenty of room to spread out without getting in each others way. The beds were a little hard and squeaky, but that's the only negative (if you want to call it that) that we had. the room downstairs does get very cold (we were there in February) and wasn't ideal for a young child but was very spacious and made sense for older children or adults. The house is 3 stories giving you lots of space and options. It was exactly what we were looking for, a place to relax and unwind before our husbands deployed. thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

It is hard to review this place inasmuch as it just fits so well. The owners have conspired to make this a really wonderful experience. It is hard to imagine them doing any better. If you want a place to connect with family, and to connect with the Pacific Ocean.. It is hard to imagine a better place. We shall return...

We just finished our week vacation in Seaside at Mike's home. It was great. The house was spotless, and very clean. Beautiful Kitchen and ample room for our 10 adults and couple children. The location could not be beat. Nothing is better then sleeping with the windows open and waking up to ocean breezes and smells. It was great to have bikes there to use, as well as beach gear for the kids. Looking forward to doing it again in a couple of years.

Our girls getaway was the best ever in this stunning beach house.....The owner "special ordered" 3 days of SUNSHINE for us and our weekend was fabulous! The house is over the top beautiful and the location...perfect! The rental process was so easy and prompt.....This is absolutely the "very best" house to stay in when you visit Seaside...it can't be beat!!

Perfect Coast Home

This home was a perfect place for our girl's reunion. The location couldn't be better with the promenade right out front and the view of the beach was breathtaking. There were 10 of us and the layout of the house was ideal for gathering together. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including some bikes! I would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially for family/friend reunions. Thanks again!

We had such an amazing time at your incredible beach house. It was everything that we had imagined and more. Even with the rainy weather, the view was absolutely gorgeous. We were able to celebrate my sister in a beautiful, relaxed environment. The memories will be etched in our minds forever. Thank you so much... from the wine on the table to greet us to the luxurious intricacies of the house... it was perfect!

Thank you for a perfect getaway for our family -- we truly enjoyed your beautiful home. It was so nicely supplied and other than stocking the refrigerator, we lacked for nothing. Even though the weather was cool, we made time to ride bikes, walk on the beach and even a play a couple late night card games. We enjoyed our stand at Brezza Marina so much. The rooms are airy and clean with lots of space for everyone to feel at ease. We especially appreciated the short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. The home is very modern and has a charming atmosphere to do. The bedrooms are very nice and towards the upper end of comfort and the kitchen is fully equiped with everything that is needed for meal preparing and serving. As a family we were so happy to make some wonderful summer memories in a home that was so inviting and so accommodating. I would definetly recommend Brezza Marina to anyone seeking to have a pleasant experience. A great house to share your family with. We will be back again soon. Coos Bay Guest-Amber

Vacation Wonderland

We just returned from a perfect vacation,staying in this fabulous home. Where a person stays effects the vacation, we all feel wonderful and our stay is a very special memory now. This home will pamper you, and renew you and there were 12 of us. We weren't in each others face, we all had alone time whenever we wanted, and group time was made easy by the huge kitchen and eating areas. Kite flying and sand castles are memories for this year, but we'll be back Thank you Meyers!!!

Bee's Hive Bridge Bidders spent 5 days at Brezza Marina and had a wonderful time. The facility is awesome and very comfortable. The group has used Seaside as a base meeting place for many years and found the accomodations like staying at The Ritz. We liked it so much we have booked our 2009 dates! I was a bit disapponted that we decided to drive several hours with three small children in our family to go to a beach home in Oregon when we live on a beach in Washington state. BUT that was until we arrived at your beachhome. Our two night stay at your extremely unbelievable lovely location and luxurious living conditions we were disappointed that we weren't staying longer! We have fantastic family photos inside your home and in the sand of the beautiful beach outside your doorstep. Thanks for our wonderful family summer vacation in 2008!!

I am absolutely in love with your home. It is such a perfect location and just simply beautiful. We have rarely enjoyed ourselves at the beach as much as we did this weekend and your wonderful home made it positively the best. It was amazing to find so many of our needs met, from beach toys and towels to fun board games and of course the very fun bicycles. We just enjoyed everything being right there!
