My husband and I stayed in this condo for ten days and it was just as nice as what we expected. The condo was beautifully decorated, had many upgrades and was very homey and comfy. The view was awesome...we had several days were you could see Catalina Island AND San Clemente Island. The location was close to everything! The kitchen had all the necessary items, the bed was comfortable and bathrooms were great.We loved relaxing on the sectional and watching TV on the very large flatscreen! The unit does come with a garage, which we were happy to have, but our SUV barely fit! Other than that, it was great!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo for our 30th wedding anniversary. We had the most relaxing time. Breakfast on the balcony was so nice. We had cocktails in the evening on the balcony while watching the sunset. We bbq'd quite a bit and having our own bbq on the balcony was great. We couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. Dana Point Harbor is just down the street, so it was a quick drive to grab a bite to eat. The weather was fantastic and the pool and jacuzzi were great. Thank you Ashley and Lance! We love your beautiful oasis!.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was beautiful! It exceeded our expectations. What a bargain, too - we had reservations at the St. Regis for four times the cost for half the square footage. Glad we cancelled that and booked your condo. We loved your location and the ocean views. Can't wait to come back.

Good location - okay condo - bad cleaning crew

We used the condo for a week in August 2010. We liked the location when we selected it and that was proven correct. The condo is nice in size, well equiped and comes with nice extras as a central swimming pool. The tennis courts are nearby but not part of the complex. Opposite to the info we received, they are not for free. We were disappointed that the apparment was not a bit cleaner. We notified the owner of this and we were told it was just cleaned and all was fine when they reviewed it last time. We had a different expectation and probably a different standard. We trust this has been taken care off by now.

We had a five star experience staying at your place! Your location was perfect. We loved the luxurious travertine shower which was so relaxing after golf at Pelican Hill. Thank you so much for your restaurant picks. The Studio was fantastic. The food actually was on par with the stunning views.

Just wanted to thank you, again for a spectacular vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated, and we were surprised with the endless activities available in the Dana Point area. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the private balcony and watching the sun set over the ocean. We look forward to returning next spring!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this condo. We enjoyed walking across the street to catch a movie and dinner. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We watched the sun set over Catalina island. The interior of the condo was extremely clean. We felt right at home. Thanks for a great week!

Our stay was amazing! This luxury condo was exquisite in every way. The hilltop location and views of Catalina Island and the Pacific Ocean were breathtaking. The location of Ocean Ranch is upscale, and the surrounding area is the most exclusive area in Dana Point. This condo is no different! We had a fabulous time.

This condo was flawless! My family and I had a wonderful stay in this Dana Point location. We have frequented South Orange County for many years during the summer months in an effort to escape the desert heat. In the process, we have had the luxury of staying at The Ritz Carlton and several other finer hotels in and around the area. This is the first time we elected to reserve a private condo and we are so glad that we did. I cannot say enough about this condo, excellent views, wonderful open floor plan, amazing kitchen, steam shower, private garage, and the list just goes on. Staying here made our family feel more at home and less like we were guests elsewhere. I will certainly make an effort to reserve this condo during our next vacation to Dana Point.
