Enjoy walks along scenic trails that take you right to the water. Looking for something a little more adventurous?
Put your kayak into nearby Cuesta inlet, or take a short drive out to Montana de Oro for a look at the famous rock formations there. This fabulous State Park has a variety of great hiking and horseback trails.
The home is only 1/2 mile west (an easy walk) of the Sea Pines Golf course and its well-known Clubhouse Sports Bar & Grill where you will love to relax and have breakfast or just a cool beverage.
Further up the way you can wander around in the Elfin forest full of pygmy oaks and trails. Don't miss Noi's Thai Take out on 2nd street or grab a cup of hot cocoa at the coffee shop also on 2nd street and sit on a bench and enjoy the back bay.
Once you are back home the kids can watch tons of great movies, play in the huge back yard or the spacious family room. This is the perfect kids room. In addition to a fireplace, it has a queen sleeper couch and lots of floor area for kids to sleep on—BRING YOUR OWN SLEEPING BAGS!

This home is located near the edge of the Bay in Los Osos, CA. Walking distance to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve walking trails. Only 5 miles from Montana de Oro State Park, with its beautiful cliffs and rock formations along the Pacific Ocean.
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family Home
Discover the entire coastline by driving up world famous Highway 1 right along the cliffs and shores of the Pacific Ocean. Cambria is known for its many unique restaurants & wonderful works by local artists. North of San Simeon you will find elephant seals lying side by side covering the beaches. On up a bit further, Ragged Point is a great place to stop and grab a bite or take breathtaking photographs of the rocky shoreline there. Don't miss Hearst Castle on your way through San Simeon. The castle was the dream of newspaper/magazine magnate William Randolph Hearst, who began the castles construction in 1919 after falling in love with the area from camping there as a child. Take a leisurely stroll out onto the Cayucos Pier where you may see dolphins playing alongside surfers in the waves. Back in Morro Bay you won't want to miss taking a bird watching kayak trip all through the bay, or sail the wild Pacific just beyond the breakwater, where you can get a completely different look at 576 foot Morro Rock and the coastline. Hopefully you have arrived during whale watching season. Montaña de Oro (Mountain of Gold) State Park is just Southwest of Morro Bay and has awesome panoramic vistas. While in Los Osos and Baywood Park you may enjoy hiking through the Elfin Forest or Sweet Springs Preserve, each along the shores of the bay.
Wonderful paths and boardwalks through the pygmy oaks along the edge of the bay.
