It is located in a secluded area next to national forest, but only one mile from downtown Aspen. With 10 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath, this is perfect for a corporate retreat or large family reunion.
Floor to ceiling windows in the upper unit great room, dining room and master bedrooms frame spectacular mountain views. Features of this duplex include top of the line finishes and fixtures, gourmet kitchens suitable for professional chefs, elevator, media/family room, exercise and game room, billiards room, central air conditioning and humidification, hard wood floors with radiant heat, electronic blinds and shades, state of the art audio-visual system with flat screen TV's, ceiling speakers and music throughout, and a 500 SF+ snow melted deck. Each unit of the duplex has a large two car garage, one having a large snow-melted parking area in front.
