Beautiful professionally decorated villa with great views of lagoon and golf course. "Deluxe" rated, upper level, 1218 square foot villa with a large balcony off of each bedroom overlooking the 4th green of the Links golf course & a lagoon. Vaulted ceiling, kitchen recently updated with granite counter tops and breakfast bar with four barstools and dining table & chairs for 6.
This spacious and cozy villa has two bedrooms, one with a king & queen size bed and the other with two queens, both having separate full size bathrooms. The living room also has a pull out queen sofa bed. Plenty of privacy for 2 couples, families or 4 golfers.
Walk just a short distance to the beach or take advantage of the numerous bike trails on the island. Golf,(two Fazio golf courses), tennis & swimming complex close by, bike rentals & numerous walking paths just steps away. Great restaurants & shopping on the island with all Wild Dune amenities and facilities available.Pool on premises steps away.Also access to Grand Pavilion oceanfront pools, boardwalk, cafe & facilities-400 yards to main WD resort activities.

We came to Wild Dunes for the week to celebrate my birthday. Perfect weather, wonderful food, beautiful condo, breathtaking beach. What a wonderful perfect week. We were here for a family vacation. This was the perfect spot for our family. My children enjoyed the pool daily (sometimes more than once a day). Mom and dad were happy to have a place to unwind after very busy days! We can't wait to return to the area. So much to do, not enough time . . .Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband and I live in the mountains of North Carolina but we love the South Carolina coast and especially the Charleston area. As we began to think about owning a second home and after several years of searching we fell in love with Wild Dunes. Wonderful restaurants, golf, tennis, bike & walking trails are all within a few minutes from our second home. The beautiful beach is just across the street.
