Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment (60 m 2) with full size bed. Owned by a US expat, we looked all over Budapest before finding this amazing place. You have a private entrance which is gated, apt is one elevated floor above ground level and comes with large living room with 2 pull-out couches that sleeps additional 2 people each. Large 25 m 2 balcony with views of Matthias church and the castle. Updated bathroom and eat-in kitchen.
Apartment is located in the green Buda hills section of elite district 12. You are 15 minutes away from the city center with convenient bus stops located on the street corner. (It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the most centrally located metro stops) - Vaci Utca, Parliament, Duna, Margit Island, Museums all only minutes away! If you have a car, there is readily available - free, convenient parking, on the street in front of the house which is getting rare in even the Buda section of Budapest. Most anywhere you park in Budapest is metered parking, but in this limited part of Buda we have access.
We have a great organic farmer's market and grocery stores only a short walk away, as well as a gym and excellent restaurants all within walking distance of a few blocks.
