My brother-in-law and I took our two High School sons and a friend of theirs to this Lake House for a weekend of fishing and football at the OSU/Missouri game. We had a good time. The house and doc are great witrh plenty of room and a real nice screened in porch. I liked the location because it was off the beaten path and a nice scenic drive to get to the house. This is definatly a place where you need to be willing and wanting to cook and grill out like we where. If you are looking for a place with plenty of room, a good stocked kitchen, a driveway on one side and a lake on the other, then this is the place. There are not many restaurants around but there are plenty of places to buy amenities. Hopefully I will be back. P.S. You will definatly need a GPS or Google Maps to find it if you are not familiar with the area.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Spent 3 nights at the lake house and it was great (except for the 114 degree weather). The house was very comfortable. We were able to spread out, but there are still plenty of places to gather as a group. The extra room off the back was a great place to send the kids at night! The location is great. We were able tos wim right off the shore and the dock. The boat traffic was very minimal, allowing us to tube right out in front of the house. Great get away! We will be back!

Our family of 8 adults and one child had a great time. Everyone had a place to sleep and the rest of the house is spacious enough to keep us from bumping into each other. That screened in porch is a gem! The gentle slope into the water was perfect for our little one. I can't speak to what it's like on a weekend but during our week days there, the lake was lightly populated and perfect for skiing at any time of the day. The owner is very accessible and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Our family (7 adults, 2 small children) vacationed here and loved the whole week we were here. This area of the Lake of the Ozarks is great for boating, less busy on the water, yet close enough to boat to some fun places. The house was perfect for us! Nice and clean, with a washer and dryer to keep up with the dirty laundry. It had plenty of room for our family. And the slope to the water was gentle making it easy for the small children to play on the beach. I would certainly recommend it to friends, and hope to someday stay here again.
