23 Royal Crest Drive offers unparalleled experience in comfort, style, aesthetics and location. Amenities include a new Chef’s Kitchen, Media Room, 2-car garage and a new heated Pool and Spa; all situated on a very private site with Lagoon and Golf Views only 2300 feet from the Atlantic Ocean.
Our house is located in the only completely private seaside residential neighborhood with no commercial activity allowed. While staying at 23 Royal Crest you have access to a Beach Club which features a large sandy beach, a swimming pool with Ocean Views, a playground and a beach clubhouse that can be reserved for social events. Also on Plantation are four Tennis courts, three 18 hole golf courses and a driving range.
Port Royal Plantation is best know for its peaceful, preserved natural environment and plentiful amenities. Adjacent to Port Royal is the oceanfront Westin Resort. Six Adult Bicycles are at your disposal to ride over the 34 miles of bike trails in and out of Port Royal in addition to the 14 miles of beach.
This is the 10th Vacation Property that we have renovated in the last 10 years and what drew us to this home at 23 Royal Crest in Port Royal Plantation was the mature landscaping, the gorgeous view, the long setback from the road, the large lagoon in back and the side lagoon. We know that there are many options to choose from on Hilton Head Island but if you choose to stay here, we hope that you will feel the same as us about this location.
Architecturally, the house had beautiful windows, soaring ceilings and great bedroom separation. Picture yourself spending many relaxing hours in the lovely Carolina Room with its wide-open views and slate floors. Also, upstairs is a media room or, as we like to say, a “man cave” where you can curl up with a good movie or myriad of football games sports events on a High Definition Large Screen TV.
The kitchen is a cook’s dream. If you like to cook, you may rarely go out to dinner. The lounge with its comfy leather furniture is where you can burrow in on lazy Sundays and read the papers. This is truly a wonderful reading room.
The master bath is truly an oasis. It has TV and a deep Jacuzzi where you can enjoy a book with a glass of wine and or even watch a favorite TV show. The large walk in shower is a delight at the end of a busy day. There is an over abundance of storage space and his/her vessel sinks that are unique. Of course, the separate WC is a must.
The house has truly been designed for entertainment, relaxation and serenity. We hope you agree.
