  • in january this year('09)my husband and i were the first to rent this wonderful, new home on little lake weir. what a delightful getaway from icy cincinnati, ohio. i especially enjoyed the wonderful view of the back yard and lake from the enclosed porch while i drank my coffee each morning, and the memorable sunsets from the deck each night. we also sipped fresh orange juice squeezed from the large, healthy orange tree in the front yard. as a gardener i loved walking thru the beautifully planted and terraced garden surrounding the home. throughout the week, the owner checked in on us by phone to see that we had everything we needed and to answer any questions about where to find whatever we wanted in the local area. i would highly recommend this beautiful florida home to anyone who was looking for a restful, scenic vacation.
