Luxury ranch style hospitality awaits you at this 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath private house, beautifully designed with new furnishings and gorgeous views of mature trees, wildlife and the incredible Wasatch mountains.

The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, formal dining, 2 fireplaces, large family/meeting room, great for entertaining, family get-together's and business retreat functions.

Upstairs are 3 full bedrooms with new furniture 1 king and 2 queens beds, and 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, 1 jacuzzi and 1 deep soaker tub, all linens, towels and mattresses are new and very comfortable.

Downstairs- 1-2 bedroom with kids room attached- laundry- bathroom with deep soaker tub, large family/game room.

2 additional Queen blowups available upon request.

The Rockie Mountains are famous for their world class skiing, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, and hunting. Summer months are also an excellent time for hiking, boating, water skiing and mountain biking or exploring the red rock desert of Southern Utah.

This rental was the best by far, it was very clean and the layout of the house was perfect for my large family. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking this rental again for our visits to Utah.

  • What a great stay! Brad & Diane really went out of their way to accomodate our group. We had a great ski vacation with easy access to Big and Little Cottonwood as well as Park City. At night the hot tub awaited and we all slept like babies in the multiple rooms / beds and even air mattresses for the overflow! The workahaulics could stay up to speed on the internet and rental equipment and restaurants were nearby. First Classs!

  • We were 8 guys up from San Diego to do some skiing - yes 8 staying in a 5 bedroom home. The owners Brad and Diane saw the challenge and accommodated us with 3 more beds. They even went overtime to get the hottub installed for us. The home is huge and beautiful and warm. It is perfectly located at the base of the canyon leading to Alta/Snowbird.
