Upstairs are 3 full bedrooms with new furniture 1 king and 2 queens beds, and 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, 1 jacuzzi and 1 deep soaker tub, all linens, towels and mattresses are new and very comfortable.
Downstairs- 1-2 bedroom with kids room attached- laundry- bathroom with deep soaker tub, large family/game room.

We are experienced VRBO'ers. This was among our greatest stays - from the quiet-yet-convenient location to the spacious-yet-cozy layout, the kids, dogs and adults relaxed and enertained in comfort and style! We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, yard and watching the foals across the lane and the deer in the yard. We will keep Diane and Brad on our short list of preferred stays.

I stayed here with a group of 8 friends for a weeklong ski trip in March, and the house was truly everything you could ask for. The only way to be closer to Alta and Snowbird is to stay on the mountain! This house is less than 5 minutes from the mouth of the canyon and also less than 5 minutes from all the essentials (groceries, restaurants, retailers, In-N-Out!). Bedrooms were all great and beds were magnificently comfortable. Last but not least, Diane is absolutely delightful and really goes out of her way to accomodate her guests

We really enjoyed our family reunion of 14 people at the Sahleen's home. It is a great location for skiing up either of the canyons (20 min drive)which we did everyday. It's close to a grocery store and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are to die for!

If you want to go ski trip to Utah, this place is where you want to stay. especially if you have a large group. The place was SO BIG and cozy for me and my 17 other friends. We supposed to go out to Salt Lake City on first day of our trip, according to our schedule, we just decided to stay at the house, because everyone just wanted to chill and relax there. Also this place has the best privacy ever. (You will realize what i mean if you go) Go and have fun! Brad and Diane are SUPER nice.

My family travels to Utah 4-5 times per year and stay in different locations each time from Park City to Farmington. This rental was the best by far, it was very clean and the layout of the house was perfect for my large family. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking this rental again for our visits to Utah.

Beautiful views and a peaceful setting. Equestrian park right across the street, and a short drive to all the ski areas. Comfy home away from home. And Brad and Dianne have been great – friendly and very helpful. I’ll be back again.

5 STAR QUALITY! What a find. This house is just minutes away from world class skiing. The beds are top quality and the kitchen and bathrooms are a dream come true. Fireplace, hot tub, fabulous views. My husband and I love this house!

What a great stay! Brad & Diane really went out of their way to accomodate our group. We had a great ski vacation with easy access to Big and Little Cottonwood as well as Park City. At night the hot tub awaited and we all slept like babies in the multiple rooms / beds and even air mattresses for the overflow! The workahaulics could stay up to speed on the internet and rental equipment and restaurants were nearby. First Classs!

We were 8 guys up from San Diego to do some skiing - yes 8 staying in a 5 bedroom home. The owners Brad and Diane saw the challenge and accommodated us with 3 more beds. They even went overtime to get the hottub installed for us. The home is huge and beautiful and warm. It is perfectly located at the base of the canyon leading to Alta/Snowbird.
