** UPDATE ** - We've changed out the furniture in the living room this month! We've purchased a leather reclining sofa, and a leather reclining love seat. This is the most comfortable furniture you've ever sat on! I've also installed a 32" LCD TV in the master bedroom complete with DVD Player, and digital TV programming.
** UPDATE ** - We've updated our condo with a 47" 1080p LCD TV, complete with Blu-Ray DVD player. We're strong believers in reinvesting our rental money to make the stay better for you at your home away from home!

**RENOVATED ASPEN VILLAGE CONDO**
If you've ever visited an Aspen Village condo you know how outdated they are. We just completed the remodel of our unit to make your home away from home more enjoyable. The updates include new paint throughout, new etched counter tops, tumbled Travertine tile, new Bosch appliances, new light fixtures, and new cabin decor.
**THE DETAILS**
Our unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, upstairs unit with 30 foot vaulted ceilings, and is approximately 1200 square feet. The master bedroom (on the main level) offers a King bed with a private attached bathroom. The other guest bedroom (on the main level) offers a Queen Tempurpedic bed, and the upstairs loft style bedroom offers a Queen bed with a 6" memory foam top. We also offer an attached garage stocked with wood for our wood stove, plus plenty of room to park your vehicle in.
Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, with new dinnerware, new glassware (including wine glasses and cocktail glasses), and new flatware. We've thought of every cookware item from the wine opener down to the waffle maker.
We offer a pub-style dining table with seating for four, and two bar stools for additional seating. We also offer a comfy reclining leather sofa, reclining leather loveseat, and a recliner chair. Our laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
**ONE OF A KIND AMENITIES**
Our unit is located on the 4th hole on the Birch Golf Course of McCall and is located in the Aspen Village complex. The Aspen Village Sports Complex boasts an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, state of the art cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines, and even a flat screen TV to keep you entertained while working out. The use of the Sports Complex is complimentary to our guests. There is also an outdoor pool, tennis court, and a basketball court. Our unit is approximately 50 feet from the new clubhouse, and it is approximately 3 blocks to the lake from our unit.
If staying inside is your idea of relaxing, we also have a 47" 1080p LCD TV, Blu Ray DVD Player, and a 200+ DVD library with movies for children, romantic comedy movies, and action movies. We currently have 75+ Digital TV channels, but coming soon we will have more digital channels, and HD service as soon as it's available.

**Golfing**
McCall Golf Course, Jug Mountain (approx 10 mins), New Meadows (approx 25 mins), Tamarack (approx 45 mins), Whitetail (approx 10 mins).
**Skiing & Snowboarding**
Brundage (approx 20 mins) offers 1800' of vertical drop, 1500 skiable acres, 4 lifts, 46 runs, and receives an average annual snowfall of 350". This is some of the best snow in Idaho!
Ponderosa State Park offers the best cross country trails in Idaho, and is fun for any level of skier.

My wife an I chose to get away to this place for a few days before our baby arrived. It is extremely well maintained, updated and cozy. It's at the far end of the condominium complex so it's very quiet. The condo is very well equipped... pretty much all you need are your toiletries, so you'll have more room in your vehicle for toys to enjoy while in McCall. The condo is also just walking or biking distance to downtown McCall and Ponderosa State Park. We will definitely be headed back to this property in the future when friends and relatives are in town.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

This was a great place for our family to spend Christmas. We came to Mccall for a wedding and it happened to fall the same week as Christmas. The condo was equipped with all that we needed for our stay and had plenty of room for our family of 4. I really liked that the photos online really matched what we walked into when we arrived. The condo was very well kept and maintained. We especially liked that it wasn't right downtown, but it was close enough to still be convienent. There was quite a bit of snowfall the week we stayed and I was really impressed with the prompt removal of snow from the sidewalks around the condo. We really liked the littel coffee place right on the main corner of downtown, and the Activity Barn was awesome to take a 3 year old to. My husband and I also enjoyed going to Brundage to go skiing for a day - there were plenty of runs for all types of skiiers. The owner of the condo was very prompt in getting back to us with emails and questions, and was also very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit McCall.

We had a very nice stay in Mccall and were very comfortable in the condo. It was clean and the three beds were great. It was so nice to be able to wash clothes, make coffee and sit on the comfortable sofas! Even our teenagers were impressed! A nice "home away fro home".

It isn't often that expectations of a vacation rental are surpassed…THIS IS A FIRST FOR US! One can always find a “unit” but not often do you find a “home” which is decorated and furnished just as you would your own. We have been attending our Galloway Family Reunions for many years and by far this has been the most comfortable and attractive unit we have had. Our night to host the family reception was a resounding success as up to 50 cousins compared your unit to theirs and anything else ran maybe a close second.Thank you so much for the experience. We will definitely send a card along to family members and we will be in touch in 2012 for our next Reunion.

We had a great time in McCall over the 4th of July!! Your Condo was perfect for our family with the well equipped kitchen, wonderful movie selection, swimming pool and washer/dryer. We would definitely love to visit again!
