This home, originally owned by the developer of Key Allegro, is in a prime location with a magnificent view of Little Bay. In fact, the living room, dining room, and three of the bedrooms have full water views.
The home has been completely remodeled and is an extremely peaceful space to be in... right there on the water. There are televisions in every room, a great game table in the living room, a large dining room with a table that seats 12. There is also a living area downstairs.
You can fish off the deck, swim in front of the house, sail or kayak from our dock, walk to the marina for lunch, or just sit and relax and watch the brown pelicans feed in the water, the seagulls fly by or the blue heron stop on our dock. It is fabulous any month of the year! It is located at the end of the street on a cul-de-sac.
