Dining area for 6 adjoins lockable private deck with gazebo dining area, swing, lounges, and gas grill.
Three bedrooms, with two Queen beds and one oversized King, have quality duvets, winter & summer-weight linens, basic cable TV, and ample closet/drawer space. The family room/den sofa has a fold-out Queen bed. An additional rolling twin bed accommodates a child or teen.
Bathrooms have enclosed tub/showers, hairdryers, and new bath towels. Indoor laundry with full-sized washer & dryer. Forced-air heating, ceiling fans, AT&T & Verizon mobile phone coverage, strong water pressure, and ample hot water. Large stock of games, books, and kids' toys & videos.
We have beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and cooler to take along to the private lake beach clubs. Beach club access card provided for your use during your stay. Walk 100 yards for daily recreational skating at the Ice Castle International Training Center, where Olympians, such as Michelle Kwan, have trained.

Due to Lake Arrowhead's mountain location, the four seasons are unmatched in Southern California. Every summer weekend there are free music concerts and the beach clubs are open for swimming. In the winter there are places to play in the snow and resorts close by for skiing and snowboarding. All this and only a 90 minute drive from Laguna Beach.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! LIKED THE HOUSE, FELT LIKE HOME, GREAT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE KIDS. THE HOUSE IS FULL OF TOYS AND AMAZING COLLECTION OF ALL THE FAVORITE DISNEY CLASSICS, WHICH I ENJOYED MYSELF TOO ))) , SO KIDS NEVER GET BORED. THE OWNERS ARE NICE, HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFENITLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULD GO NEXT TIME. THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THAT THERE WAS NO SNOW!!!!!! (((( BUT THE SKATING RING IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOUSE. HAD A GREAT TIME ON THE RING. FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! After narrowing my search for a clean, reasonably priced, newer looking cabin to rent in Lake Arrowhead, I chose this particular property because of the personal touch given by the owner. From the beginning I received accurate & prompt information from a cheerful owner who truly wanted my stay to be enjoyable! Upon checking in, everything was exactly as advertized on the listing. The location is close to the main village area, yet tucked away enough to feel secluded. We were blessed with a good amount of snow right before Christmas! Our deposit was refunded 100% immediately following our check-out (mailed the next day!). I am already passing this listing on to friends/family!

Hi Karin, Yes, I had a wonderful birthday weekend! Your place was the absolute perfect place to have a weekend getaway. All my friends loved how everything was decorated, how large the rooms felt, and how sweet and comfy we all felt inside your home. We had a little adventure at night too because it thundered and rained/hailed while we were asleep but awoke to a beautiful, crisp mountain morning. We also noted how clean your home was and we all appreciated how everything was ready to use. As a renter, I appreciate all your thoughtful gestures like the coffee grinds, the fresh candles on the tables, and the toiletries in the bathroom for any forgotten needs. Without a doubt, many of my girlfriends and I will be coming back. I'm emailing them your info today. :) I also can't wait to have my family stay up there with me as well.
