Minorca is a private, gated community on the north end of New Smyrna Beach whose amenities include casino clubhouse, exercise room, sauna, a large pool whirlpool spa, tennis center with 4 tennis courts, private beach access, barbeque grills, beach pavilion, river pavilion and fishing dock.
Minorca is bordered on the north by Smyrna Dunes Park and Ponce Inlet, on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the west by Indian River Lagoon. It is the perfect vacation spot for enjoying the beach, including walks around the inlet to the Indian River, where you can see dolphins, manatees and a large variety of sea birds.
Our second floor condo has a large east facing deck with a glimpse of the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and windows on the east, south and west sides, providing a light and airy feeling to every room. The condo is decorated in beach cottage style adding to the relaxed vacation atmosphere.

We have thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful condo ! So spacious and accommodating - great beds and plenty of wonderful space. An added bonus for us was the fabulous beach cart, chairs and umbrella - since we spend every day at the beach. We are really spoiled ! Love the decor, especially the interesting art. Thank you.

We stayed at this lovely condo June 13-19, 2010. It was impeccable! It is decorated beautifully (the pictures don't do it justice). The patios are unbelievable, they are massive. There were thoughtful touches, like beach towels, a play pen, a stroller...things I had forgotten to pack and was very relieved to have access to use! The kitchen was completely equipped, I prepared full meals several evenings for my family of 5. We felt very at home. The beach was beautiful, the property grounds are like a paradise. My husband and I enjoyed jogging at the state park that is just a few minutes from the property. We can't wait to return and would recommend staying here to anyone.
