Master suite has a king size bed, sofa, ottoman and leather recliner, two walk-in closets and entertainment center. Master bath includes a large soaking tub, shower, double sinks and slab granite. Two bedrooms have queen size beds with en-suite full baths, walk-in closets and entertainment centers. Fully appointed kitchen includes slab granite countertops, built in fridge, double ovens, cook top and everything you might expect in a gourmet kitchen. Private elevator in the villa was installed when the villa was built in 2002. Just steps to Barefoot Beach, which is a private three mile stretch of beach just north of Naples.
Barefoot Beach is located one-half hour from Regional Southwest International Airport in Ft. Myers, FL.
Walk the beach 1/4 mile to the north for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner at Docs Beachfront Restaurant. You can rent Jet Skis, Parasail, Water ski or Sail. Barefoot Beach is located one half hour from Fort Myers Airport. Watch the sunset from the Villa's "sunset bench" and meet your neighbors at the Villas. They are quite a friendly bunch! There are two heated swimming pools; one with hot tub, one just 50 feet away.
