This brand new 5100 square foot professionally decorated house was completed in early August 2008. Absolutely no expense was spared when building this property. This home features a large gourmet kitchen, slab granite counters, hickory hardwood floors, knotty alder cabinetry, and a high vaulted ceiling in the great room and dining area.
There are two master suites on the main level with gas fireplaces in each, two laundry rooms- one up and one down, a media room, and a den/office with a game table for six, flat screen TV, and fireplace. Four of the five bedrooms have king size pillow top mattresses with 650 thread count fine linens and flat screen TV's. The fifth bedroom has three log bunk beds that can sleep six. Each bedroom also has it's own bathroom.
You can enjoy all of the amenities of the Sunriver resort as well as access to the private workout and pool facility that is exclusively for Caldera Springs owners and guest.
Canoes and kayaks are available for a nominal fee in the private lakes that run throughout the development. There is also free access to the nature center and observatory in Sunriver.
Caldera Springs has miles of bike trails that wind through the forests, and easily connect to the even more vast Sunriver biking trail network. This property is a quick 5 minute bike ride to the Sunriver mall area.
Enjoy the great outdoors, or cozy up to a warm fire inside. With three fire places and 8 flat screen TV's there is plenty of space to relax. As an added bonus the 3rd garage has an air hockey, ping pong, and foosball table.

We chose to buy a house in Caldera Springs because it offers year long fun. From biking, swimming, canoeing, golf and tennis in the Summer and Fall to Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the Winter and Spring. Caldera is the best community in Central Oregon for families, and or groups of friends that want to get together in great place and enjoy all of the activities.

We built this house in Central Oregon because we needed a place for all of our family to get together a few times a year and have some fun. We chose Caldera Springs because it was the newest and most exciting development in Central Oregon and was also a part of Sunriver. The best part of Caldera springs is that you have all of your own amenities that go along with the resort and also get to use all of the Sunriver facilities as well. We hope you will come over and stay in Caldera Springs it really is one of the best places to take a vacation.

What a beautiful home! Nothing was overlooked, quality throughout. We had a wonderful time, the space is immense and all the bedrooms are comfortable and large. A bathroom in each bedroom was a real plus! Lots of open space in the back which provides privacy and the caldera pool is a real treat.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Our families had a wonderful start to our summer by meeting up at this house for a small family reunion. The house is gorgeous and quiet- with beautiful views in a peaceful setting. The photos don't do it justice; it is far lovlier in person. The kids had a blast in the game room and intermittently rode the bikes around the neighborhood and on the trails all day long. Despite the many TVs and game system in the house, the kids opted to play and be outside more often than not. The owners are extremely helpful and gracious. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for relaxing and luxurious vacation!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed a family reunion in June at this absolutely outstanding home. The descriptions of the home simply do NOT do it justice! From the quality of the location in Caldera Springs to the quality of the construction to the quality of the furnishings - there simply is nothing comparable in the Sun River area. I speak from experience: my family and I have vacationed in Sun River for over 25 years. For a home that has every amenity imaginable - plus a few we couldn't imagine - it was still the most comfortable for all ages. And the beds were heaven! The owners have spared no expense to provide a lodging experience that we will not forget. Our thanks for the best family reunion ever!!
