Welcome, you've made it to the right spot as our condo is tastefully decorated, competitively priced and by working with us directly, we will truly take care of you from the moment you first inquire to that sad day when its time for you and your family to check out and go home.
You've probably heard about Ariel Dunes. It is the largest towers in the vicinity and offers some of the greatest views, largest pools, and finest amenities in Destin today.
Our home was furnished with the intent to provide a luxurious stay for families without them having to pay outlandish prices.
Let's start off with the kitchen:
The kitchen host a full appliance suite: large refrigerator w/icemaker and water dispenser, dishwasher, oven and microwave. To make you feel like you are in your home, it is outfitted with all the necessities needed to make some festive home cooked meals. The kitchen also has a coffeemaker and blender just to name a few and contains a full suite of pots and pans, stemware, cutting boards, glassware and plates to take care of you and your family.
The dining room offers plenty of seating for six and there is additional seating at the bar for three.
Our living room can entertain plenty as it offers a large sleeper sofa couch and love seat. The wall unit has a 37" LCD television, DVD player and Bose 5.1ch surround sound for those who would like to take in a movie.
The Master Bedroom hosts a King Size very comfortable bed with 400 thread count sheets, top of the line comforters and linens. The dresser also hosts an LCD TV/DVD if you wish to flip through the channels.
The spacious master bathroom has a double vanity sink, separate shower, and soaking tub.
Our Guest Bedroom hosts a Queen Size mattress and it has the same level of linens and comforter as well as a large dresser with an LCD/DVD player on top.
The Balcony hosts plenty of outdoor seating while taking in the sunsets and or having lunch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
When you enter off of Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up in to the building's drive-thru entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools and fountains (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit, the pools include a heated section as well as complimentary lounge chairs, and pool side cabanas.
One of the newest amenities added to Ariel Dunes I is the on-site bar and restaurant called the Cabana Cafe. They offer a breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything from a grilled cheese sandwich to a prime rib dinner or pizza buffet. You can dine in or have it delivered to your condo or poolside.

Late Summer: (August 11-Sept. 7)..$650/week = $836.25 including tax and cleaning
Add $150 premium for June 30-July 7
Plus 11.5% tax & $90 departure cleaning fee; Credit Cards Accepted - 3% fee
Security Deposit - $200; Weekly rentals: Check-in Sat 3pm/Check-out Sat 10am
Deposit due by credit card at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arriva

The location is great. The unit was well decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and I love the convenience of having the washer and drier inside the unit. The pools were nice which my kids enjoyed. The owners were accomodating enough to let us extend our stay with short notice. I will definitely recommend this place!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Clean and comfortable. I was not able to find any dishwashing cloths or dishtowels. If asking for any improvements, I was expecting a better supply of towels. We were fine because there were only 2 of us but I did wash towels twice. The description of the 400 thread count sheets was a little misleading. Maybe they have been washed so much that the count is down. Just comments of constructive criticism. It was a nice and accomodating place. Appreciated the flexibility of check in and check out. Ariel Dunes is a really great location. Very convenient.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Wow! Where do I start? The condo was wonderful, very clean and beautifully decorated. The views of the golf course and the ocean was spectacular! Convenient to restaurants and the grocery store. We appreiated the personal service that the owners gave us. We are looking forward to visiting next summer. Thank you for everything!
