Extensive granite work surfaces and custom designed lighting complete the clean modern appearance The bathrooms are finished with marble tile, granite surfaces, glass bowl sink and designer lighting. The master suite has a large walk in closet with extra storage.
Motorized electric blinds open at the touch of a button to reveal an absolutely breathtaking unobstructed view over the beach and beyond to the Gulf of Mexico, the interior is designed to reflect the stunning view of the gulf and is positioned perfectly to enjoy the glorious Florida sunsets.
All furnishings, bedding and towels provided are designer, the kitchen is equipped with high quality utensils, glassware and gadgets from Williams and Sonoma, Villeroy and Boch, Ralph Lauren etc. Large flat screen televisions are provided in each of the bedrooms, and a larger one in the main living area, complete with DVD player, Play station consul and CD player. Beach towels , sun loungers and beach chairs are provided for your convenience and comfort.
To the rear of the condo on Gulf drive is the Island Trolley stop which offers free transport around the island and for a small fee will transport you off the island and down to Longboat Key , St Armands Circle and Sarasota town center. The condo is convenient to shops, restaurants and the marina.
On the island you can hire almost anything to complete your vacation from bikes, baby cots, kayaks, boats, cars and baby sitters. We can arrange most of these and in some cases can get you a discount ....please ask.

I'm now a Holmes Beach resident - having been born and raised in Ireland. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics in Belfast. I graduated from University in Ireland with a degree in Education.
Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, traveling, participating in school programs and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.
