Welcome to "Mi Casa is Su Casa" -- an old Mexican saying which means "My House is Your House" . I am eager to share my home away from home with you and your family. This is truly my home away from home, and not just "a rental". My family and I enjoy its beauty, its sense of peace, and its quiet. I hope you will too.
My home is located at the beautiful, world-class Casa del Mar Resort in Los Cabos Mexico, and is in the "Corridor" mid-way between the bustling tourist community of Cabo San Lucas and the quaint, but art filled Mexican town of San Jose del Cabo. It is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Los Cabos and is easy to reach via auto, taxi, or shuttle bus from the airport. My condo is actually an beach front unit, making it one of the more desirable units in the complex. Open the door, take the elevator down and you are immediately in warm, smooth sand.
Entering the grounds immediately puts you in a relaxed state of mind, and you know you are in for a treat. The Casa del Mar resort architecture is hacienda-style with beautiful colors that blend into the surrounding landscape. The condominium complex is located in a private gated, and guarded community, and situated on a beautiful, white sandy beach.
The resort contains individually owned condominiums centered around a small boutique, full-service hotel, which features a full service restaurant/bar. The hotel concierge can arrange golf, fishing, jet skiing, site seeing, taxi service, or provide you with restaurant suggestions. The hotel restaurant can also provide room service if you feel like relaxing after a day of fun.
My gorgeously decorated condo is located on lush, beautifully landscaped grounds shared with, but separate from the hotel, so privacy is assured.
If you feel like an energetic workout at the fitness center, or a relaxing day at the spa, both are just steps away at the on-site hotel. A beach club/bar is close by and features a full service menu.
If you choose to spend the day reading, listening to the restful sound of the waves, or engaging in a family-oriented activity, you have your choice of three pools located within the condo complex.
Located nearby are world-class deep sea fishing, snorkeling, boat cruises, city tours, ATV desert tours, surfing, jet skiing, horse back riding on the beach, and shopping for local handicrafts. In addition, several world-class golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones III and Jack Nicklaus are at your fingertips.
My penthouse condo has two beautifully decorated bedrooms and shower/baths, one on each floor, giving you privacy from other family members or guests. Each floor has it's own deck: the bottom one is equipped with a gas bar-be-cue and reserved for scenic dining; the top one for lounging. Both decks are covered lanai style, providing you shade, sun, and a gorgeous view of the beach.
An open floor plan includes a kitchen, dining area, and living room opening onto a deck, and overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The view is marvelous The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, full-size stove and oven, garbage disposal, microwave, and all dishes and utensils.
All linens are included, and the condo is equipped with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout.
An English speaking property manager can be reached by telephone to handle any emergencies for you.

Why the Owner Chose Casa del Mar
We purchased this property because it is RIGHT ON THE BEACH-- simply take the elevator to the bottom floor and walk out the door and you are right on the sand, only a few steps from the water. Also, my unit has the BEST view in all of Casa del Mar as you look both down the beach for 2 miles and up the beach for a mile.

A wonderful location - Casa del Mar is our favorite place to stay in Los Cabos. My favorite perch was the upstairs veranda off of the master suite-so private with beautiful views. Wonderful long beaches to walk/hike in each direction.

I have stayed in Ms. Jensens' condo on numberous occasions and found it to be a restful, well apppointed property. The location is perfect. You have the choice of two interesting towns to visit and the beach is beautiful. The master bedroom is to die for. K.C.
